![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Welcome to your Secret Group! As all of you selected the Shield as the item that most suits you, you have been grouped together to potentially do significant damage in this game. There are several benefits to communicating and sticking with your secret group, so read them all carefully to make sure you grasp them. Denarii 1. The importance of your secret group remaining intact is significant. Every FOUR rounds that all four of you remain in the game, all four of you will receive 5 Denarii each for this accomplishment. However, as your numbers dwindle, so will the amount of coin you receive for surviving. Every FOUR rounds you survive with 3 of you intact, all three of you will receive 3 Denarii each. Every FOUR rounds you survive with only 2 of you still intact, you will receive only 2 Denarii each. So if you want your purse to grow heavy with coin, it will behoove you to stick together. 2. Every secret group in this game also has a rival secret group based on the item they chose. Obviously the sworn enemy of the shield in battle is the sword, meaning your rival secret group will be the players that have chosen the Sword. ![]() It will benefit you greatly to try to eliminate as many members of the Sword group as you can. Every time a player from the Sword group is eliminated from the game, each of you will receive 3 Denarii each. Immunity Idols 1. If you are the final secret group intact with all four members in the game, all four of you will receive immunity idols immediately upon achieving this. Immunity idols can be played at any Arena vote to save yourself from a trip to the Arena. 2. If you are the first player in the game to completely lose your secret group members, and are the sole remaining member of your group, you will receive an immunity idol on the spot. Those are the benefits of sticking together, or maybe not. The choice is up to you. Best of luck! |

Ah yes hello Crassus, Solonius. Looks to me most of the benefits come by way of sticking together from what I can tell, especially since it seems all of us are active and fairly participatory and generally the "sole survivor" idol tends to go to someone who falls ass backwards into it from what I've seen of secret group twists. And there are PLENTY of benefits to sticking together. In addition to the usual idols twists like this come with, we also have the extra Denari. Finding out who the swords are will be a major undertaking. Figuring out opposing secret groups can be fairly easy, but noone is going to want to leak what their group's item is. There's only disadvantages to be had there. |

Hello Group members! We all should've known some form of faggy group work would be included in this game. Just remember that two people on each team have the shield and they are itching to oust us ALL. We need to keep our fucking mouths shut about out group. No one says a fucking word. That is our strategy here. Not a fucking word. |

I am all for sticking together btw. I think we should do that. I have come to respect and like Varro over these last couple of days. Crassus and Solonius, I hope the two of you also get along! It would be a shame if you did not. |

Luckily noone has even brought up groups with me yet, so so far keeping my mouth shut hasn't even been a problem. |

No one dares to reveal their secret group on my tribe nor am I encouraging it. Some will discuss the twist, but all of us are quiet and won't ask any questions about group members. It should be an ease to not spill any details to the others. I do wish that Solonius would become more active. He has not been here since the opening while everyone else over on the Romans has. |

It seems like Solonius needs to drag his ass online. Right now, the slaves still have a no show in Saxa so hopefully he will not be able to completely fuck us over. |

Rumor has it that you are fucked tonight, Solonius. The good news is you will be battling a no show so you should get an auto win but if you do go tonight then join the slaves. |

You get an extra vote by winning the ludis, not immunity. Also, some of the other people are chatty in their secret group. I've been checking the top ten daily posters to see as posts in here goes towards today's posts but not total posts. Agron and Melitta have posted a lot in their secret group. |

Solonius, I assure you that I only have your best interest at heart. I just want you to be in the loop as to what rumors are suggesting but they are just that- rumors. You do what is best for you but remember that if you get eliminated tonight then you fuck us all over. We need you to stay in this game. Stay strong! |

Agron seems to like Melitta judging from our conversations so it is possible they are a pair. I wonder aloud who could their Roman counterparts be? |
