The DMC Chronicles: Order 65
K'torr rose from his bow as Master Windu asked, "What brings you and the... faction you serve... here?"

"For the moment, we seek information," K'torr answered. "We wanted to know about the Sith threat that hounds you."

"Know little more than you, we do," Master Yoda said. "Been able to identify this... Darth Sidious... we have not."

"Sidious...?" K'torr repeated. "Now, why does that name sound familiar?"

"Do you know him?" Master Kenobi asked.

"I didn't say I knew him," K'torr responds, "I merely wondered why that name sounds familiar. Do you know anything solid of him?"

"We know he was responsible for causing the Invasion of Naboo," Master Skywalker said, "And that he's behind the separatist movement here in this 'verse. Beyond that, we know nothing."

"Do we have a motive?" K'torr queried.

"Apart from every Sith Lord's desire to exterminate all jedi everywhere and rule the galaxy, no," Master Skywalker answered. K'torr thought for a moment, then acted.

"Thank you for your time, Jedi Masters - we leave you in peace," He bowed one last time, and left with Raze in tow. Once they were clear of the Jedi Temple, he muttered to Raze, "So, now we have a name. Now we need to put a face with that name." He activated his radio. "K'torr to Rae - get anything useful out of the Chancellor?"

Dragon'taan: Heart of the Marauder Corps
"Dammit, where the hell are they?" Drake mused. "We're tearing up their armor assets... why not send the mechs in?" Drake paused, then asked, "Dragon Two - any chance those destroyers have any long-range weapons that can hit us here?"

Dragon'taan: Heart of the Marauder Corps
"I know; any sign of any enemy mech assets in the area?" Drake asked.

The DMC Chronicles: Order 65
Palpatine seemed not to notice as he said, "I see... well, in any case, I am thankful the DMC is leaning toward siding with us - we need all the allies we can get."

K'torr headed into the council chambers and bowed to the Jedi Council, encouraging Raze with the motioning of his hand to do the same. "Masters of the Jedi Council... I am pleased you decided to see me."

"Let's cut their trip short - engage enemy forces on sight!" Drake commanded. He moved his 'Mech forward, and began blasting enemy units one after the other. "Come on, Amie - don't let me take them all!"

Dragon'taan: Heart of the Marauder Corps
Drake steered his 'Mech to Nav Point Alpha, looking for those vehicles. "Amie, any sign of them?" he asked.

The DMC Chronicles: Order 65
The Chancellor hesitated fractionally. "Yes, well, we better move this inside my office," he said. He lead the others into his office, where he sealed it from eavesdroppers and began to recount the events leading up to the Clone War the republic was currently in. He started with the Trade Federation's invasion of Naboo, then their defeat, followed by the increasing threats of the separatists lead by Count Dooku, and the outbreak of war at the Battle of Geonosis, then the discovery of the DMC, and culminating in their current situation.

"... To be frank, Ambassador, I don't know where the CIS came up with their accusation," Palpatine concluded. "I suspect they're trying to subvert the DMC's trust to gain their support... which reminds me - are you here to help us against the CIS?"

A Jedi guard appeared before K'torr and Raze. "The council will see you now," he said. K'torr rose from his seat.

"Ready?" he asked Raze.

By the time Vokun and Janie had gotten back from looking for Viktor, Viktor was already home, having snuck through the door while the vixen sniper was laughing her @$$ off.

"I swear, we can't take a single vacation without Viktor going into Vigilante mode!" Janie grumbled.

"It was your idea to bring him along," Vokun said.

"Given the circumstances, maybe not one of my better ideas," Janie admitted. When they opened the door, they saw Viktor, sitting on the couch watching TV. "Viktor, where the devil have you been?!" Janie demanded. "And don't tell me you were 'hunting'!"

"Okay, I won't tell you that," Viktor chuckled.

"Dammit, Viktor! This isn't Nar Shaddaa, where you can snipe criminals in the street!" Janie exclaimed. "There are laws here!"

Dragon'taan: Heart of the Marauder Corps
"S**t," Drake cursed. "Here we go. Dragon Star, I want a firing line at Nav Point Alpha! Blast anything that points a gun at you!"

(I wasn't disputing that she saw the dragon. In any case, let's continue with the RP.)

Viktor kept mobile across the rooftops, keeping cloaked to avoid being spotted.

(Technically, Jack, at the distance Calliopie was at, she wouldn't have heard the gunshots. Not unless she had ultra-sensitive hearing, which wouldn't make much sense since she was playing a violin next to her ear; even if she did have such hearing, the violin would have masked the shots with it's close proximity to her ears.)

The DMC Chronicles: Order 65
"So is mine," K'torr said. "Remember: I was once a Sith. Technically, I still am, being part Sith Pureblood. But you won't have to worry; the Jedi won't attack you. They never attack first."

Liberty Park
"I heard it, too," Janie said. "That was a suppressed rifle - seven-sixty-two caliber, too. Viktor, you know anything of a sniper in the area?" There was no response. "Viktor, come in! Over!" Janie barked in the radio. Still no response. "Dammit, Viktor's gone dark..." Janie mumbled. She looked to Drummer. "Get your wife, get inside. I can't tell you any more than that." She looked to Vokun. "Suleyk - with me. Get on the gun." Vokun donned his helm and he and Janie dashed outside - but not before Janie engaged the house security systems - to the 'hog, where Janie brought it to life as Vokun hopped on the gun in the back, and moved out.

Viktor landed in dragon form at the scene of the two dead thugs, both of them with their brains scattered about. He quickly shifted to normal form, but kept cloaked in case any cameras were in the area. He quickly searched the bodies for any useable intel, then, having found none, took a small container out of his pocket. He hit a button, and poured a small bit of blue liquid on both bodies. Both bodies disintegrated into nothing in seconds, leaving only the splattered blood on the ground as evidence that they'd been killed there.

Thank god for the Yaut'ja's corrosive blue solution - Viktor had brought a supply with him, just in case a body would need to be removed. Viktor quickly stashed the container in his pocket, and headed out, keeping cloaked. He moved off the street, then into another neighborhood, where he scaled a house and got onto a rooftop, and began moving across the rooftops. He kept his radio off, because he didn't want Janie's screaming over the channel to alert anyone nearby.

"That doesn't sound good," Drake commented. "Amie, which way to Corvatti Oil Refinery?"

The DMC Chronicles: Order 65
K'torr lead Raze up to the Council Chambers, where he was told to wait for the Jedi Council.

"Well, we might be here a while - might as well get comfortable," K'torr said, sitting in a vacant chair. "If you want to ask me anything, now's the time," he told Raze.

Supreme Chancellor Palpatine approached Rae and her squad and greeted them. "Greetings - I am Supreme Chancellor Palpatine. My guards informed me you wanted to... speak to me?"

Liberty Park
(Sorry I haven't replied as fast, my internet signal is f**ked up with these storms moving through so much.)

Viktor kept under the guise of his Personal Cloaking Device (PCD) and watched the house across the street through the scope of an R38A1 Interdictor Sniper Rifle. The one he'd caught a glimpse of earlier stared at the house through a pair of binoculars. He didn't worry about being seen, as he was cloaked in the PCD's stealth field; that and the heat made the air shimmer, further hiding his presence. To avoid anyone hearing any rifle shots, he also had a sound suppressor on the Interdictor... just in case he had to snipe someone.

"Talk to me, Clara," Viktor said over a heavily-encrypted radio channel with triple frequency scramblers, preventing any eavesdropping. "Any threats in the vicinity?"

"Negative," the AI replied. "But I'm picking up a lot of radio traffic; I don't need to tell you to watch your back, Viktor."

"Hardly," Viktor chuckled. He shifted his rifle away from the interloper and toward the entrance to the neighborhood, where he spotted a car entering. Nothing out of the ordinary. But shifting the rifle further up the road, he spotted a potential situation; a man heading for the neighborhood was being harassed by a pair of armed thugs. They had backed the man into a wall - nowhere to run.

Time for Viktor do do what he did best.

He aimed for the right-most thug's head, took aim, and fired. No one would hear the shot; the most anyone would hear is a barely-audible cough that most would pass off as a smoker's cough or a man with allergies. Anything but a rifle. Viktor operated the bolt and then shifted his aim to the other thug, who had turned around after seeing his friend's brain splattered across the pavement. Viktor had a clean shot as the would-be victim ran off in the face of sniper fire; Viktor didn't waste a moment as he capped the other thug, as well. He then dematerialized his rifle and de-cloaked, standing up in plain view of the binocular-using watcher. He waved at her, then shifted to dragon form as he jumped off the roof and flew off, cloaking again as he went.

"Cool," Janie said, "Mind if I take a slice?"

Vokun's response was... different. "What's a Carrot Cake?" he asked.

(sorry if that was too violent. I was playing a lot of GTA5 today.)

Cornerian Academy (REDUX!) : Top Flights of Future Past!
Unbeknownst to the Saragosso ruffians, they had already been infiltrated. Cloaked under the guise of their personal cloaking devices, the Kemorainian mercs were setting EMP charges everywhere - including the carrier. The charges each had a cloaking device of their own, hiding them from view until they started their three-second countdown. If all of them detonated simultaneously, everything electronic in the immediate area would be fried. Even if the ruffians removed the devices, there were so many, they would never be able to remove them all in a three-second window to prevent their equipment from being hit with multiple EMP charges.

And the Kemorainians didn't have to work long; they finished setting their charges, and retreated from the area. K'torr looked through a pair of binoculars, and watched as the Kemorainian commander hit the detonator, and more than four dozen EMP charges appeared as little black dots all over the place. On the carrier, up out of the Ruffians' reach, the little black dots would be easily mistaken for scorch marks - unless one had the sharp eyes to spot the small numbers counting down.

"Fair enough," K'torr said. The drop ship descended to a landing pad at the Jedi Temple, and the doors opened. "Stay close to me, try not to get lost," he told Raze. He stepped out of the drop ship, and headed toward the two Jedi standing just ahead.

"Greetings, sir," one said, "What brings you to the Jedi Temple?"

"General K'torr, Dragon'taan Marauder Corps," K'torr introduced himself, "I'm here to speak with the Jedi Council about... certain sensitive matters."

"Of course," the Jedi said, "They're expecting you. Right this way."

Liberty Park
"Thanks," Janie said. "And don't worry; few in Cornerian space have ever seen a dragon-shifter, let alone met one."

"Yes, they typically Dragon'taan and Dragonarian space," Vokun said.

"So, what kind of cake is that?" Janie asked.
