Disaster at Sea; Tragedy Strikes!

The Grow-ten Aquas Passenger Cruiseliner Port was packed full of tourists like it usually was at this time of year. Actually, most of these people here were here to catch the S.S. Solstice's maiden voyage. Reputed to be the largest cruise liner in the Lylat System, everyone around wanted to get a chance to be the first to set sail on her.

Ryoohki was stuck in the Check-in line. He had his tickets purchased and everything, but he needed to check in his luggage. Then he was free to board.

However, the line was long, and this could take ahile.

Dahvir was in the line as well, but a bit farther ahead. He had a large duffel bag on his shoulder that held his clothes and his other things. The line really was long and there was still a large amount of people in front of him.

Vixie stood in line, her bags on either side of her. She took out a small hair band from one of the side pouches from her bag and restrained her hair in a ponytail fashion. She had been waiting for a vacation since first starting her mercenary work and jumped on the chance she had been given to come to Aquas.

Ryoohki looked at his watch. Four hours until launch. That was plenty of time, but he would like to get acquainted with the ship before it cast off.

Time droned on, and the line gradually got shorter and shorter with each passing minute.

Dahvir had finally gotten on the ship and had started for his room. He went to his room that was on the port side of the ship and unpacked. He locked his room door and started out to explore the ship.

Vixie was patiently waiting in line. She looked up at the Aquas sky, taking note of it's beauty. As the line got shorter she looked ahead to see if she could see any more of the ship. Not being able to see much she continues to look around to other spots. She looks at some of the others waiting in line.

Having finally lasted through the line, Ryoohki got his shiny ID card and was ready to board.

When he got to the pier, his jaw dropped.

He crossed the gangplank and made his way to his room, taking the time to take in the scenery around him, to try to learn the layout of the ship as he traveled. He was assigned to the 5th deck, room 512.

As Dahvir rounded a corner, he saw a familiar tail. He shook it off as nothing, just a trick of the light, and kept on walking.

After having a little trouble with security Vixie manages to pass through. She walks up the ramp toward the top deck of the ship, when she gets up there she takes a quick glance toward the pier. The line still had some distance to it, but it was no where near as long as it was when she got there. She resumed to proceed where she was roomed, stealing glances at her I.D. every now and then.

After grant went through the line, he headed onto the ship. Bags in hand. He was taking a break from his Combat Search and Rescue for a while, He looked up at the sky and kept walking. He was just amazed at the sky. He moved forward and bumped into Vixie "I am sorry ma'am." He confessed

Ryoohki decided to hold off on going to bed at the moment, for he had passed a very interesting-looking restaurant.

"The Windjammer Cafe, huh?" he asked himself. He walked inside and found a buffet style place inside. He found pounds of meat, luscious deserts, pasta, the works. Finding a random employee, he asked, "How much is it to eat here?"

"You don't have to pay, sir," the cannid smiled. "You paid to be on board, didn't you? That covers almost everything."

Ryoohki about died and went to heaven. His two tails twitched (they were both out, he didn't care anymore) with excitement and he rushed for a plate.

Vixie grunted slightly in annoyance, but her tail tucked itself slightly upon seeing Grant. "No, it's quite alright," she responds with a timid tone, "I'm sorry." She bows her head slightly and resumes what she was doing, focusing more on the path in front of her than she was previously.

Flint was standing in the restaurant area, serving a couple their dinner. They smiled and thanked him as he walked back to the kitchen area. He was met up by a young woman, "So, how are the plans coming along?" she asked. Flint smirked at her, "The guard is an easy target, a little chlorophyll will take him out easily..." he responded, keeping his tone to a whisper.

"Well, Dagra wants a status report soon, we plan to strike as soon as we reach the sea." She responded. Flint shrugged, "I know, that is a no brainer, has Roska dealt with the life boats yet?" he asked.

"Not yet, the timing is not right...." she responded.

Soon the main chef came up to the two of them and looked them over, "You two are not part of the staff...." he stated.

Flint quickly pulled out a small piece of paper and handed it to the Chef. "A great deal of the other crew got sick, something they caught during the last voyage.." he explained. The chef gave a sniffle and looked at the two, "Yeah, I had heard something about that...Carry on then..." he muttered and walked away.

Flint looked over towards the female, "Veria, what is your mission?" she smirked, "Not of your departments concern...." she said as she walked away.

Flint just shook his head as he went back to "work"

Dahvir managed to find the Windjammer Cafe and he saw it again. That tail. He started to follow it and then a large smile appeared on his face. He walked up behind Rhyooki. "Still have that appetite, eh Ryhooki?" he asked in a playful tone.

"No I am sorry.....I was just distracted by the sky. " He gave a wave "Enjoy your cruise" He said with a smile..... He looked at his housing for the ship, and he had to head in the direction towards where Vixie was going... "Well looks like we are both going the same way" he said following behind
