1. This is true. Zelda, Mario, Brawl, Metroid, Goldeneye, Resident Evil, etc.
2. Also true, this is because it made motion control mainstream and popular
3. It doesn't, but it does lack a good amount of great 3rd party titles.
4. 360, no. PS3 did. Look at the controllers for god's sake.
5. So is the PS3's
6. True, but better hardware means that dev's have more to work with.

If the design scheme and the appearance are uncanny to their competitor then yes, I will say they stole the idea.

Also, how did the x-box steal Wii's motion controler? If anything they stole Sony's eyetoy.

I have openly stated before that the 360 controller is a rip off the PS1/2/3 controller and I also noted that the Wii's classic controller is a right rip off the PS controller (regardless of if you are using the pro version or not). I'm not going all fan boy and going 'omq evry1 is stealingz from Nintendo' but the point of the post here is that Playstation out right stole the controller design scheme from Nintendo, it is universially accepted, Sony even mentioned it in their 2010 E3 speech.
