Strangely enough I never played Goldeneye and only played through part of Perfect Dark. I liked the latter for it's graphics and music. I seem to remember them having some fun shiny/reflective surfaces or something as their sort of gimmick to sell Perfect Dark and that memory expansion on, and being an art nerd I just get sucked in by visual treats like that so in my case I guess it worked.

I suppose I could now remedy both oversights and play them through. The N64 shooter that I really got attached to though back in the day was Jet Force Gemini. They got away with so much blood splatter in that game because it was green alien blood, and still only had a Teen rating. It was fun seeing the Mizar just burst apart like that. XD
