The doors to the bar pushed quietly open, a white-furred ermine stepping inside. She stood at about 5' 9", her bright green eyes slowly scanning the area. It didn't seem too busy a place so far. Wearing a tight black tank top and green camo pants, a brown messenger bag slung over her shoulder, the strap crossing over to her opposite hip, the teenager moved further into the bar. After a bit of consideration, she eventually settled on sitting down at the bar, lifting the strap of her bag up and over her head before setting it down in the floor in front of her stool.

Sadie had already seen the hybrid sitting at the bar, so she was wondering what to expect when the stranger got up from her seat to move to a stool beside her. The ermine was idly watching the counter, waiting for the stranger to speak up; she didn't. After a minute or so of waiting, the arctic ermine shifted a little uncomfortably, quietly clearing her throat.

After a short period of silence and alight blush, Sarah finally raised her and siad... "hey..." In an utterly quiet and shy voice... "I-i uhh.... guess you're new here?""

Bringing a friendly smile to her muzzle, Sadie turned her eyes towards the hybrid as if she hadn't noticed she had been there for a while now. "Hey," she said in reply. "Yeah, I thought I'd give the big city a try. Just for a little while."

"Mm...Well, it makes sense, I guess, if you're used to clean air. I haven't really had that problem yet, but I see what you mean," the ermine replied with a light nod. A smile crossing her muzzle, she added, "You'd love my home."

"Fichina. A little village all our own, really. It was a nice little place," she quietly explained, again watching the counter as she thought back to the near past. "But I figure that it's good to know some of the worlds aside from your own, you know?"

"This is the only other planet I've been to...but wait," she spoke, sounding a little confused as she looked back at Sarah, "you've been there? My village?"

Sadie thought for a few moments, but then as the answer crossed her mind her eyes brightened. "Oh, you know Krystal? The blue-furred one?"

With the response she received, Sadie smiled, letting out a soft giggle.

'She's actually pretty cute.'

"Well, it's too bad we didn't get to meet then. Maybe we should catch up?"

"Sadie." Turning slightly on her stool to better face the hybrid, Sadie offered her hand, smiling. "It's nice to meet you, Sarah."

Sadie didn't giggle this time, though there was a light twinkle of recognition in her eyes, just for a moment. "So Sarah, how old are you anyway?"

"Sixteen? Cool," she remarked, nodding. "I'm eighteen. Since I don't really know anyone else, maybe we sho--"

And then Tala cut in front of her.

"Oh...Hey, Tala," Sadie hesitantly spoke, her smile faltering for just a moment. "Yeah, we were actually just talking."

"Yeah...Just a bit..." She almost wanted to ask Tala if they could just see each other a little later, but she didn't want to seem rude. "But it's fine. Just...scoot a little to the side and we can all talk."

Seeing as Sadie was sitting directly beside Sarah, Tala had sat down beside one of them (which I'll leave to Kursed). It was good enough. "So anyway, Sarah," the ermine resumed, "I don't suppose you want to hang out today?"

The Hybrid's head raised again when Sadie had asked the question... "S-sure, what would you like to do?"

"Well, we could catch a movie, or go out to eat or something," she suggested. "Anything sound good to you?"

"Yeahhh, I've...no idea," Sadie admitted. "But we can go out and see. I don't mind."
