Where it really shines is its story, not to mention its art style. The gameplay is something to forget, but if you're willing to overlook that, it's a title that's worth playing. Before you do, if possible, try getting a copy of Tail Concerto for the PS1 (Radigal STILL has my copy >> ). It's basically a prequel and a few characters that show up will make more sense to you: Waffle, Alicia and the Black Cats Gang, Princess Terraria, and so on.
