• Only original characters will be considered on this board. Characters should not be canon characters and should be not be related through family ties.
  
  
• Some characters are not allowed on this board. Ancient species and extinct species are prohibited from being used simply because they do not fit the current timeline of the board.
  
  
• All new members’ characters begin at the lower ranks. Padawan, apprentice, private, and so forth are considered lower ranks. If you are unsure about the ranking system, please do not hesitate to ask. At times the staff will open up vacant ranks or positions within factions, if you wish to apply for a vacant position please PM a staff member upon joining. We tend to hold everybody to the lower ranks rule, although there are exceptions to the rule. Below is a list of the highest ranks possible for each said faction, remember to check the news forum because we often times allow higher ranked characters because we may be in short supply. Also, you may create a higher ranked character if you have a previous high ranked character.
  
  
• You must explain how powerful your Force Powers are. All members are allowed to begin with up to four Force Powers and rank them no higher than moderate. You should make it believable for the rank of your character, such as padawans and apprentices, because you can update it as you go along anyway. For members creating Jedi or Sith characters with some training, then Core Powers do not count toward the initial four starter powers and are able to choose four powers outside of the Core Powers. Members creating a character that is not part of the Jedi or the Sith, is force sensitive, and has no prior training must take the four starter powers from the Core Powers, unless given permission otherwise by an admin.
  
  
• No fanon powers. Canon powers only. Approved Force Powers can be found here.
  
  
• You may only begin with 2 weapons. Additional weapons can be bought and/or role-played for in the course of RP.
  
  
• Your character can start with a ship. The ship can either be a fighter or a light freighter.
  
  
• Please provide all of the required information. It is encouraged that you make the sections for your profile, such as appearance, personality, and history, as detailed as you can.
  
  
• Your character must be approved before you can post in any RP Forums. This forum is the exception.
  
  
• Do not reregister another member account to create another character. Only one member account is needed, and all characters can be created and role-played from the same account.
  

Here is a list of force powers that must be learned rather than simply listed in the profile. Meaning you need either staff permission or some really excellent reason to have these. Attaining any of these through the roleplay is not an issue, we just want to cut back on the amount of new users running around creating wormholes in space.
