So...this is the jetii ke'gyce?

The young twi'lek was centered in the great entrance hall. Watching as cloaked individuals walked in and out, around conversing. Some followed by schools of young children and some sitting alone reading at a bench or ...floating. All races it seemed came here. Some looked diplomatic, others looked disgruntled. Were the Jedi so open as to let anyone in?

Well she couldn't exactly complain. She had to give an ident-card before she could enter the Temple. She couldn't possibly figure why. Probably had to do something with her attire, she was wearing her armor. Minus the helmet though, no reason to be ready for concussions if you are only looking for answers.

Yes, answers to the many questions that Jedi Mist Gun had allowed to spring within her head. Whether she would die or not, or whether she was on the 'dark side' or not. It made her uneasy. Uneasiness was dangerous in her line of work and from what she gleaned from the small green man's parting speech to her, it made her life all the more dangerous if she was just a 'beacon'. A beacon for everyone who was force sensitive to see her if they so wished it. She didn't know how to hide it, nor did she know how to see others. She just assumed by the strange looks she received as she walked past guards and young looking Jedi. The older ones turned from her as if averting their gaze. What were they afraid of? She didn't know anything about this Force...
That could be the problem...they know something I do not..Which is why I need answers.

Where else was she to find answers other than the archives? If there were any answers to be found. Always doing a little research on beforehand, she learned from sources that the temple had been sacked many a time..and what ever information she found would be new, or newly recovered. Information was vital though, knowledge would be the key to her survival as a force sensitive.

Nevra began her exploring. Attempting to hide from the watchful eyes of the Jedi as she moved about, ultimately failing however in her goal. This was proven fact to her as she was stopped at the entrance of a corridor by two Jedi. Both wearing dark brown cloaks and the manilla tunic of lore. No words were exchanged, she was just simply not allowed to continue.

"Excuse me, Master? I was wondering if I might be excused for a few hours? There is much that I need to reflect upon."

Mandi'sai'Vontrek was a curious creature and a testament to her species' mild mannered nature; At least among the females this was true. She was young and vibrant, full of life her Master often told her, and had a spirit that was hard to ever bring down. Right now she wore that same kind expression that she always did, but her eyes spoke volumes of her current need for sleep.

With a smile and a nod, her Master dismissed the young Devaronian and she offered a soft bow before turning on her heel and striding calmly from the room. Normally she would visit the Room of One-Thousand Fountains for some meditation before heading off to bed. Something caused her to bypass both, however. Instead of seeking out the sleep she probably desperately needed, she found herself drawn towards the archives. Though she often spent a lot of her free time here, she never really felt the need to visit them so strongly. Feeling that it was the will of the Force, she decided to make her way there.

Her white fur, normally sculpted atop her had in one of the latest fashions, was messy and wild today. It probably fit well with the dark circles around her eyes that were not entirely cosmetic this time around. What could possibly be drawing her to the archives at this moment? Surely whatever it was could wait until she had gotten at least a few hours of sleep or meditation.

A soft sigh escaped the Devaronian's lips as she ran her fingers through her fur, trying to get it into some semblance of order. Her recent training session with her Master had been far more intense than she had anticipated. And why should it not be? She was nearing the age where she would be ready to take her trials. Of course, she would never admit that she was ready, but that was up to her Master to decide. Still, she hoped that she would have at least a little more time to learn from him before they parted ways.

Several Jedi passed her, most of them Padawans like her, and a few Younglings. Knights passed and she gave a polite incline of her head. Few Masters visited the archives, as many of them were quite set in their profession and knew a large amount of what they needed to already. Mandi figured that she would be one of the few Masters outside the archivists that would frequent the archives. That meant, of course, that she would have to make Master first.

In her wanderings, the Padawan found herself almost running into an armored figure standing in the middle of the main pathway of the Second Hall. Now what would she have wandered down this way for? All that was down here was works related to hyperspace in all manners, as well as vehicles and even some weapons designs. She'd already constructed her lightsaber, so what would she need down here?

"Excuse me, miss, but..."

It was then that she noticed that the armor style was vaguely familiar. She'd run across it in her studies before, but she'd never actually met an Mandalorian in person. This one didn't have her helmet though. And she was a Twi'lek! It shouldn't have struck the Padawan as odd, since the Mandalorians were well known for accepting anyone into their culture that agreed to abide by their tenets. Looking around the woman she noticed the two Jedi standing and staring her down. Somehow the Padawan had managed to wander towards the holocon vault. And what would a Mandalorian be doing here?

"Oh..." she said, flushing slightly and offering a slight bow. "I did not mean to interrupt."

The slight bump was just enough from rousing the quickly annoyed Twi'lek from lashing out obscenities to the silent guardians. All she wanted to do was read a couple of files, and maybe watch a few holos on the force. She knew the Jedi had them. The Jedi archives was supposed to be one of the best kept libraries in the galaxy.

"Oh what? Oh...you're not interrupting anything important. These two silent statues won't let me pass."

The comment was obviously pointed towards the two Jedi Guardians who only glanced at the Padawan who arrived.
Their eyes were perplexed. Though still no words had been spoken they eased in the presence of the Padawan, Nevra noticed this. Was it normal for padawans to frequent these halls? Or was it normal for Jedi to have a natural softness for their own. No matter the situation?

Something Nevra would keep in mind for future reference.

"I'm just trying find some information and what better place than to look here on Coruscant, in the Jedi Temple?" The question was really rhetorical but it wasn't sculpted in such a way that it shouldn't be answered. The Twi'lek turned to look at the carrier of the voice whom apologized a moment before and she was met with a most furry sight.

An apparent female of a species she hadn't encountered before, judging by the height and vocal tone of this strange species. But more interestingly this young woman, or girl depending on age modifiers, was a Jedi. Nevra could tell just by the type of cordiality she had heard stories of. "I'm probably in your way, since this seems to be Jedi only."

When she apologized for bumping into the Mandalorian woman, she seemed to be almost dazed. As if she were expecting something, or someone, else, and was instead met with the timid little furred woman. She explained that the two Jedi Knights before her would not let her pass and Mandi cocked her head to the side, curious as to why the woman would need access to the holocron vault. Only Masters and Knights were allowed in there, save for the occasional Padawan who had permission and was escorted in.

Mandi sensed the two Knights relax slightly when they noticed her and she wondered why. Surely they could have handled any sort of confrontation that would have occurred. They were by far capable of handling a lone, unarmed woman, even if she was a Mandalorian. Besides, Mandi was only a Padawan, and hardly capable of dealing with an enraged Mandalorian, even unarmed. Maybe they thought that she could placate the woman? Curious.

It was then that the woman in the Mandalorian armor mentioned something about finding information and Mandi's features immediately perked up. A small smile tugged at the corners of her lips and her eyes brightened immediately, seemingly with renewed vigor. She was still exhausted, this was true, but knowledge was her passion!

"Maybe I can help you find something, then?"

Finally the Twi'lek woman turned and faced her, and Mandi could sense the confusion roll off of her in waves. Obviously she hadn't met a female Devaronian before. It wasn't surprising since the females of her species rarely left their planet. Even some of the Jedi who were new to the Coruscant temple, or who had grown up on one of the other planets were confused when they met her. Without prompting from the Mandalorian woman, Mandi smiled, her prominent canines now clearly visible.

"I'm a Devaronian. You might have run into a few of the males from my species, and it's little wonder that you didn't recognize me as one of them. Our species is quite unique due to our dramatic gender dimorphism. Of course, it does not simply apply to appearances. Our temperaments are quite opposite as well."

The Mandalorian made mention that she was probably in Mandi's way and she quickly shook her head, her soft fur shifting back and forth with the action.
"Oh, no! Quite the opposite, actually. I was on my way to my bunk when I felt a strong pull to come here. Maybe I sensed a kindred spirit in the pursuit of knowledge, or maybe the Force simply wanted me to meet you. Whatever the case, I think I'm supposed to be help you. Is there anything particular that you are looking for?"

This intrigued Nevra to no end. A Devaronian female. How strange indeed. But the Twi'lek had met stranger in her time alive in the galaxy, so she wouldn't be complaining. An amicable attitude at least, much better than her first, and second Jedi experiences.

"The Force? Let's start there..."

The mere mention of the Force made Nevra's thoughts revolve around her prophesied demise. Unsettling thoughts, she shook her head slightly as if to ward them away before looking for a more private place to talk. "Do you know of a more private place?" In reality, Nevra would just sit and talk here with the furry woman, but she would always feel uneasy with those other Jedi watching them so closely. The definition of the Force has escaped her. Even on Korriban, the few Sith she attracted told her little information. She was hoping just for unbiased knowledge. Without it, how could she ever provide the means to be defended against the Jedi and the Sith? Not that was what she was contemplating or anything, becoming an enemy of both parties. But if fate had it planned for her, she wouldn't fight it.

An emotion that the Devaronian woman was not familiar with washed off the Mandalorian woman and Mandi thought that maybe it was... Interest? Or something similar to that. Maybe amusement? It was hard to guess when she was this tired and she was not accustomed to reading the surface emotions of Mandalorians. Of course, that was of little surprise seeing as how this was the first one she had met.

Suddenly the Mandalorian's emotions shifted and became more shielded. Mandi knew from experience that this usually meant that the person she was reading was trying to hide something. A subtle twitch of her right ear was the only indication that she was slightly annoyed with being shut out. But then again, she probably shouldn't be so carelessly reading this Twi'lek woman. Abusing ones power led to the Dark Side, after all. Her right eye twitched ever so slightly as she silently reprimanded herself.

When the Mandalorian woman spoke, she broke Mandi out of her train of thought and suddenly she was back in contemplation. The Force? Why would a Mandalorian want to know about the Force? Sure in recent years they had become more accepting of Force sensitives, but they were still cautious of the Jedi. After all, it seemed like every major galactic event revolved around the followers of the Light.

"That is... a broad subject. I suppose that I could answer some of the more basic principles, but I don't know how much help I'll be on the subject to someone who hasn't grown up around it all their life."

Mandi was so lost in thought that she missed the near revulsion of the Twi'lek woman when mentioning that which made up all life and matter. When the Devaronian woman finally came out of her pondering the moment had passed and the Twi'lek had regained her composure, asking for a more private place to continue the lesson. Mandi thought for a moment and the nodded, smiling brightly.

"Actually, I do know of a place! There isn't much in the way of privacy here in the Temple, since there isn't much need for it. However, there is a small little courtyard outside that very few people frequent. We could go there if you'd like?"

Nevra smiled at the Devaronian. The information on how broad the subject was was appreciated but never needed. "A courtyard you say?" The prospect of leaving this hall to make for a more open area was relieving. However, the disuse of privacy within a group such as the Jedi unsettled her, but she soon saw the usefulness of an open society amongst it's members. It harbored trust and camaraderie. If someone could fool all these Jedi with still having private matters, they were truly a force of supernatural proportions.

"All I ask for is conversation...no need to be so specific in what we speak about. The Force is just the beginning...I seek knowledge and you..." The Rutian Twi'lek pointed to the furry female. "...have it." She said with a sort of smile, her lips pulled to the corners of her mouth, creating dimples as her eyes twinkled with anticipation. Nevra was just on the cusp of finally, maybe receiving an answer to a single question.

How did the force affect her and everyone around her?

Sure, Nevra was aware of it. The whisperings in her ear when something was amiss. It wasn't some specter...
