Do we get amazing job perks for being an Imperial Commander of Army forces? How 'rich' can my General be? xp

Woah there nelly! I made Colonel Lenn as a character that is moderately high ranked but not some 'General of the Imperial Armies' or something like that. I wanted a character built for advancement and buildup. Unless your General is a political position, I don't liket eh idea of a new character being made that overpowers my character, Lenn, who is building his influence and power, just because you've made him.

On top of that, I want there to be a difference in operations and opinion in the Imperial faction. One idea in particular I had was Imperious's vision of a renewed Galactic Empire versus Lenn's idea of political dominance but separation. This is something we should build, not just write in.

Well, my character, Imperious is currently the highest ranked PC in the Remnant so if you'd like we can all meet. He's an Imperial Army General and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Imperial Army General Staff.

Kingston, its End's prerogative to make a character whatever rank he feels appropriate, and the staff's to approve or deny it depending on what they think of it. Just because you created a "Colonel" character because you wanted to rank up to General doesn't mean there wouldn't be other Generals above you besides just Xis. By his tone anyway, he may be joking.

As for your other suggestion, I approve for what its worth. Makes things more interesting.
Empire of the Hand 501st Lieutenant - Primary Character
Terath'ras'kerran
The Burned Sith - Secondary Character
Phaethon
Menage-a-Trois Smuggler - Tertiary Character
Drexl

Inactive Character:

Darth Furoris

I was jovially putting out there that I may make a general character for the Imperials. It's not that I want to 'overpower' anyone, I'd make the character for the sake of the character rather than any sense of wanting to one-up another RPer. I'm not that kind of douche. *although I may be another xp*

Well, I'd like to have things run by me OOCly before any Remnant characters are created seeing as from what I've gathered, I'm the leader at least OOCly.

Retired, extremely dangerous

Hell, I may even make a Kaleesh Moff just to show that sheer badassery and merit can overpower even humanocentricism and the aristocracy.

Actually I might or might not be making an Imperial. It depends largely on whether I feel I can make a character that fits. Still, Kingston, it shouldn't bother you that people make characters higher-ranked than yours, because there's a good chance your character is on a completely different chain-of-command. Besides, Xis is still a four-star General, so chances are EG's General would be a lower-grade. Doesn't mean he'd be subordinate though, which is what I'm emphasizing.
Note: I do not care about the order of posting. If you are waiting for me to post, I might be waiting for you.

Also, if you want me to do something, please tell me - I don't always catch enough hints to take the initiative to ask what you want.

If you don't tell me what to do, I'll tell you what to do.

Grades do not exist in the Imperial military as far as I understand, unless you are talking General, Lieutenant General, Major General, Brigadier General...than yes they exist.
