"Right." Xanth stood up, remembering that he had left his laundry in the room, not wanting to deal with it at the time. He figured that he'd get the door for her, and head down to get it later though. He was sort of getting a bit tired, and now that he was in a music mood he wanted to play the piano. "Thanks for hanging out." Xanth told her, it was pretty nice hanging out with someone who wasn't a guy for a change. |

Scot smiled at Xanth as he held the door open for her and she began to prepare to leave. She wanted to get her laundry together and put away before it got to be too late. She wondered, absently, if Angel was doing anything this afternoon. Maybe. "I wanna know you that good, like no one knows, wanna reach way down deep in your mind, wanna get to know you...." She smiled a little at him again before tucking a lose strand of blonde hair behind her ear and stepping into the hallway. He was a nice boy, she decided. How was it that everyone at Steifling was nice to her? It seemed weird that there weren't any jerks around here. She wondered why that was... Even back home there had been a jerk around. Cole. The brother she didn't talk about. The one who locked her in a closet when she was four and wouldn't let her out. The one her parents had sent away to boarding school so that he couldn't hurt her any more. How come there weren't any Cole's at Steifling Academy? (Wanna Get To Know You (That Good)/Shania Twain) |

Scottie nodded to Xanth. Obtaining the new CD would be great. She could burn the songs onto her computer and then she wouldn't have to purchase them all, which would be nice. She was almost out of Itunes money, and she was decidedly against downloading illegal music. Especially considering she was using the school's internet system. "If I go crazy then will you still call me superman?" Some people would say she was already crazy, but she didn't like that interpretation. She was just a little... different... than they were. Xanth wasn't sure if he was meant to answer Scot's question, but he assumed it was rhetorical. Getting the cd wasn't hard, and he grabbed the two t.A.T.u. cds for her to listen to as well. "Here you are. If you want to listen to anything, let me know. I have a ton of music with me." He told her nonchalantly. Xanth had brought his entire collection of cds with him, along with the ones that were already on his computer. Altogether, he was well set where music was involved. |
