Yellow = miss
Red = hit
Gray = not chosen

B1, B3, G2, H2, G4, H4, E6, F6, E8, & F8 are the "danger squares." They have a bold box around them.

Based on the placement of hits in those areas, those are any squares where the ships could be. As long as we continue to avoid the ships and the danger squares, we will take the last non-danger square (gray), forcing Galloway to pick a danger square and almost reveal what ships are where.

B1 & B3 should be the LAST two squares that we choose. Basically, if Galloway focuses on either the G/H square first, we can focus on the E/F square, or vice versa. Once those ships are sunk, it will force Galloway to choose either B1 or B3. Since we know now that it is the + shaped ship, we will get the last hit and sink the ship.

We win.

Seriously! I really don't understand what happened. It wasn't like going for the upper left, where it's either one or the other gets it. THey literally handed us that one. Which I am totall fine with :D

Part of the chart is messed up, I forgot a couple danger squares, but I am fixing it now.

F3 is also a danger square, so if Galloway avoids that one until the end, then we'll be the ones forced to make a move.

Awesome job Dawn. Yeah, you've got this.

I think you're right in that we just wait it out, until they are forced to play a danger square. And with the lead, we should be able to sink 2 ships and win

Us already having a ship definitely gives us an advantage. They have to get every ship left to win.

F3 is a danger square however I think that one could be one of the least likely

if we are gong to let fate take it I would say the T is against the wall, and the Square is NOT touching the wall

just a guess though!
