I am so completely and utterly excited to get this thing going! I've already started to introduce myself to the other tribute girls and I hope we hit it off right from the start. My partner for the first round, Lilly, looks exceptionally cute but hopefully she's not the naive type who will wrap her arms around some boy and call it a day. Some of these young women might be catty or petty. Others might be focused on setting the feminist movement back a few years by clinging to the menfolk but I think most of us look strong. We have to be if we're going to be playing such a violent game.

The boys are already huffing and puffing about and whipping out the measuring tapes. It's quite typical of them but they just don't really concern me. I won't speak to them unless they address me first but chances are it won't be a warm and friendly conversation. Too many women my age swoon at the sight of a male but I am simply not that girl. I won't even try to get a women's alliance together because there's always that girl who will ruin it for everybody else because she thinks she needs a man to survive. Men have depended on women for centuries yet people automatically assume women are the passive ones. I don't even understand why there are some girls out there who think this should be true. To hell with those oppressors. I'm staying clear of a girl's alliance but I will make sure a woman wins this game if I can handle it and my only targets are going to be boys and my only real friends will be girls and that's that. I think the viewing audience will appreciate a strong independent female who doesn't need to ride the coattails of a male to go places.

My district partner means nothing to me so long as he is a he.

I don't think my face frightens you. It's the sign of a strong female and your masculinity just can't handle that. I deal with people like you every day.

I've already begun talking to some of the girls and they are sweet so far. Lilly is cute and we both know we have to pay close attention to the other pairs this round. I guess that requires things like "bonding" which I can be okay at but I don't know about the boys. Maybe I can talk about cars and engines and whatever other stupid, grossly un-intellectual things men talk about.

Rue is very well-spoken for her age and carries herself well. It's a requirement for someone so young in such a cut-throat game with older kids. Young girls can pull it off but young boys are of course very impulsive and rude so I don't expect the boy with the afro to do well at all, for example. Another thing is how many of these people are already flexing their muscles. It's mostly the career boys, as expected, because men are just like that. But this Clove girl is trying hard to be very male-like too and that's disappointing to witness. I just know all of the men will pit the girls against each other from day one minute one but if I can do anything about that I will.

Already I am beyond disgusted with some of the male behavior that is going on.

Hear out poor Lucilla:

Quote:

Hey Viola hey. Oh you think I'm cute? Everyone thinks I'm ugly :( Thanks so much though, the confidence boost really helps. Like girls these days really struggle with image issues so to hear about how you don't care in the least is very encouraging. I guess I shouldn't care either. Maybe I'm just a little overweight though...

Anyway, nice to meet you! There are so cute boys here but like...we're not here to play hook up and only one person comes out alive anyway so as far as I'm concerned they're just distractions. Strong independent women are what I'm all about <3

My response:

Quote:

Who told you were ugly??????

If it was a girl they are of course manipulated by modern day media which tells us we all need to be catty towards one another just to please men.

If it was a boy, well, enough said.

I think you are a beautiful, kind and strong soul with so much to offer. In today's culture males have decided we are good for just one thing and that is our appearance. One of the girls mentioned to me how talking about all of this stuff is irrelevant in a game where we're fighting for our lives, but I disagree. If the games took place in the old days the men would immediately rape and dispose of us. Now, they will probably just pick up the "cute" girls and take them along for a ride (LITERALLY) until they can be easily killed off and that is just as repulsive if you ask me. It sickens me.

And I hope I inspired her because her ego and confidence is no doubt bruised by some jerk of a boy.

Everything I said was true. If the games were played centuries ago we would be raped and killed faster than Nanjing. Nowadays, the boys will brainwash some dumb gutter sluts into following their every move until they are then made to look like fools when the inevitable happens.

I am determined not to be that girl even if it makes me a target in the eyes of the menfolk. I am all too eager to be de-glammed by living in the forest because I can get back to my roots. Screw the make-up and bra. I don't shave my armpits anyhow because it's a gross rule created by men for women because all men want is a pretty little souped up sex doll. That will keep the boys away from my clean, feminine atmosphere. With someone pretty like Glimmer or Varia, the boys may accept them but it is only because of their looks and nothing else. I have already told Varia not to fall for anything the boys say because the only people interested in Varia the PERSON and not Varia the MASTURBATORY MATERIAL are the other girls in the game.

So Glimmer of course told me that refusing to shave my armpits is disgusting. Maybe so, but I still refuse to adapt to what the men in our society deem "ideal" because THAT is what is truly gross and fueled by sexist beliefs. If the men in Panem decided that all women should knock out their teeth because it makes for better blowjobs, would women do it? Probably, just to be ideal. My point stands strong.

Glimmer also mentioned girl power making its way into the game and mentioned a girls alliance. I told her I would be on board but of course it would have to be very carefully considered because there are girls out there who give everything up just for a taste of testosterone. Despite her not understanding the armpits, I like Glimmer if she is being honest with me.

It was the Capitol that reassured Lucilla that she is hideous. I'm not sure if anyone in the game has told her as such, but we have made sure she knows that she does not live up to our standards.

You don't need to inform me of your misogyny, Seneca, because I demanded she tell me exactly who it was that called her ugly. Some of the tributes joined in the mocking as well which is extra disheartening. As expected, boys, boys, boys.

After a good long period of hanging out with the girls, the first boy finally talked at me. His name is Marvel and naturally, he is very dull because his mind is likely pre-occupied with thoughts of breasts and race tracks.

Quote:

Hi there! This is a very late messaging but better late than never I say. How are you doing?

I did my best to "relate" to a male creature:

Quote:

I'm fine Marvel! How is it "hanging", "bro"?

That was the longest message I could churn out for his type but I'm sure he won't mind so long as my cleavage is showing. I'm much more invested in the talks with my female companions.

Mack talked at me and I told him if he wanted to continue a discussion he would have to be gay. It was going fine for a while because I could pretend that certain appendage in his pants didn't exist but then he said Clove was very robotic and I just snapped. No, Mack, she isn't robotic. That's what you WANT her to be. That is what people like you (men) want all girls to be. Robotic, brainless zombies like the models on TV.

Clove finally mentioned a girl power movement and my cunt is soggy from excitement right now. We will see where it goes. Some girls would just inevitably ruin the whole thing. Nixie for example decided to yell at me for suggesting women are the fairer sex (I feel so sorry for her) and she gave me some sob story about how she grew up with brothers and what not. She's that girl who just doesn't get it.

Well, you did know that you would have one of those girls here. What are you going to do about it?

Nixie will be excluded from anything that I do. I will protect all females at all costs but Nixie is simply one of those girls who could be dying and I could pretend not to notice. Katniss is another. I had high hopes for Katniss because I love what she represents. I love that a female can dominate something masculine like archery but she is very unresponsive to my female empowerment campaign so I am done with her. She must have a y-chromosome or something in there. I feel like I am controversial amongst some of the girls but so was Susan B. Anthony back in her day. You will always have these females who are sadly content conforming to society's idea of the perfect girl.

While the boys are discussing sinister things like rape, theft, and NASCAR, I am working on important things like female domination. I really do hope the girls that I have appointed Women Leaders are being honest with me. If they are lying to me or are involved in bad activities like discussions with boys, it only makes them look bad.

Clove, Glimmer, and Lucilla have expressed an interest in female empowerment but I have not heard from Glimmer in a while which concerns me. Her type is exactly the kind that would throw everything good away just for a quick snuggle fest with a pair of testicles. Clove has been informing me on how to carry out a castration, as if I didn't already know. Lucilla understands it the most, though. Girls like Nixie think boys are decent because of deceitful creatures known as "brothers" Brothers who probably tortured her in her youth and lit her hair on fire and then justified it as "sibling bonding" which can only actually be accomplished if the genders are the same. But anyway, the point is that Lucilla just isn't like that at all. She wants to be in control of her own fate and she certainly doesn't want some boy telling her what to do. Oh, I'm sorry, in these games, boys make "suggestions" that are actually very transparent demands.

In other news, the menfolk here are all uniformly awful. This Arturo monster approached me with "old?" and I was all too happy to correct him.

Does anybody else find it funny that the menfolk were quiet all day and now that night has come, they come out in hordes? It's just so obvious. They probably slept all day long while the girls were doing proactive things, but now that darkness has arrived they start to spout off stupid things. I mean, what else comes out only at night? Predators like vampires, rapists, zombies, wild animals on the hunt... males. If this is what night life is like, I am never signing on past curfew ever again.

Most of them are either plain offensive like Arturo and Mack, but others are just boring and lacking in charm. It's just a male trait to be lacking in intellect, I guess. Alecto is profoundly stupid. His first words to me are "Can we be friends?", and oh boy, I TOLD HIM. I told him that if we were going to be "friends" he would have to attempt to get to know me first. I'm not just some "chick" he can pick up with a wink and suddenly I'm in his bed. He just automatically assumes that because I am female and he is male, I will jump in his arms and pants after one short exchange. No thank you. I also can't stand Sheen, the boy from my district because he referred to himself as the victor. The male ego never ceases to amaze (and disgust) me.

WOW! I was so busy with paper work concerning the heights, weights, weaknesses, strengths, etc. of the male enemies that I didn't see the Axe gift at all. I have been granted the coup d'etat and now I wish I was playing solo, but being paired with a fellow female is always a nice present as well. Girls need to be put in situations where they are forced to bond more often.

Assuming I can survive the first round (it actually may be hard for a strong female to accomplish because boys and "gurls" as I will call the bad girls are threatened by my type), I will be sure to use that special power to screw over any swinging dick I can when the time is right.

I am violently shaking and crying right now but I have got to remain strong in the face of the emenies. When I cry, it is not a sign of weakness but rather swelling rage. This boy Mack was easier than all of the other boy tributes to build a relationship with. And then he boldly decides to offend me:

Quote:

I wish to get to know you and Clove a lot more, bitch. I need to get a good feel of the girls in this game. I think the girls are the more social people this time around, good for you guys!

I'm sorry, what did I do to deserve the word "bitch" thrown at me? Because I am a strong, confident female it means I am a bitch? Is this how little boys like Mack assuage their fears of strong women? By shrugging and calling us bitches? And then he says he needs to get a "good feel" of the girls in the game. Oh my gosh! I won't even go there because it is too vulgar. I also hate it when boys like him refer to girls like us as "guys", no, I am not a "GUY" and I never will be so stop trying to make me one.

I told him how horrified I am and he is trying to win me over again by intensifying the gay slang and what not, and complimenting all of the girls but I am very much on to Mack.
