Well, after being here for over a year and having the "other" systems stored for about three years i finally pulled out my PS2, SNES, Saturn, Dreamcast and the Wii. Figured since i knew where all the games, controllers and cables for them were i should set them up. I look forward to all the fun filled hours playing them again.

I really wish I would have taken my Saturn back with me after visiting my parents for a week. I still need to catch up on all that import goodness... granted, I've already played most of the good Japanese games on that system, but I've reviewed only a small handful of them.

Well the Wii hardly constitutes an "old" system, and I still consider the PS2 as somewhat current (It still has an active underground community anyways).
I've been putting my PS2 to use a lot lately. That Open PS2 Loader is something else. Like HDloader, it lets you play your games from a connected HDD, but it also lets you use Virtual Memory cards (with is a big deal to me).

The good old Saturn still gets some occasional playtime too though. I can't resist the Saturn gamepad for my fighters (I really need to find myself an adapter for PS2 or make my own). My shmup collection is kinda small for it, but I really like the ones I do have (RS, Parodius, Cotton 2).
Still need to get that pinball game for Saturn (Necromicon, I think).

As for SNES, I've taken a liking to emulators. I still have the system out, but only use it for certain games. Recently replayed Super Metroid (partially so I could help my nephew on his playthrough of the game).

Haven't fired my Dreamcast up in a while though (even with a Saturn adapter for that system). I have mostly (or half) fighters for the system and I've turned to emulation for a lot of those too (why get up to change a game when I've got a bunch right of a hard drive?, and a Sega USB controller as well).

I don't know, I think I've lost something; the retro purist in me has been overshadowed by convenience and the novelty of playing the same games on everything else instead (PSP,PS2,PS3,PC).
