you're wrong cactus..

rarely ..and i mean rarely..do you ever hear lfc fans booing lfc at anfield...it was loud.
the only recent times were for hodgson and rodgers..it spelt the end of them.

not sure what you mean about tat at the shop...

fans from all over the world would have been at anfield..as well as locals...all would have left disapointed..some thinking why the fook did i spend hundreds..if not thousands..on air fairs etc..

it just was not good enough..take out mane salah and firminho and the whole squad is way below average for a so called top team.

Obviously it wasn't good enough. We all agree on that. My point is, why still whine about it three days later to 15 other people who have no influence on any outcome whatsoever?

Also, spending hundreds doesn't give you the right to watch a game where we win. Its a sport, not a theatre production.

no thats true..but it sure as hell will make some fans think twice about doing it again...maybe they save their money next time...i hear you..well that will not matter..it should do..because lack of success drives fans away which in the long run affects any club.

well what else is there to talk about..maybe after huddersfield it will be about klops resignation...or how well lfc played...

only as good on here as the last game..so to speak!!

There never a shortage of fans willing to do the same, and in my experience the type of fan opening loads of money when they go the game is not exactly one who is going to Anfield often. If losing that type of fan opens up more tickets for locals, then fine by me.

If you can't thin of anything else to discuss, then why the need to say anything at all. Rehashing the same comments over and over again is just boring.

We're only here to talk to each other, so why repeat the same shite over and over?

...you sounding like mycroft haha.

well lose the fans in japan asia america etc..they will go support man utd man city chelsea arsenal...so it gets even harder then...yes it takes years..

eg. under rafa ,in spain all you saw was lfc shirts on people...now all you see is chelsea and man city..why?...because they have success and people prefer the feel good factor than disapointment.

yes of course..why do you think the club tours asia etc...

also wider the city is affected..hotel bookings, shops etc also get revenue from these fans as do the tourists places in liverpool too.

None of these factors should ever come into the concerns of a football fan though. I want my team to do well because I support them, not because Jurys Inn will get more bookings.

that was true in the 70's cactus and is widely seen as a reason lfc eventualy got overtaken..when they were so dominant the club did not capitalise on the success...imagine all that success now..untold riches..yet lfc back then did not cash in on it anywhere near enough.

some local fans..rome is a prime example...still have a closed mind to fans if they are not local (except if there is money involved for them)..you see coments on here out of towners..not one of us etc...some still see that way without seeing the wider aspect of a worldwide fan base..
