These will be the rules for online trading in general. All rules will be enforced. References are still T.B.D. Keep that in mind for all you online trading junkies.

.) Each of you are responsible for your own trades. Believe it or not there are rippers out there. This site is not responsible for the trades you decide to make.

.) When trading online, people usually use the mail to send cards. In order to determine who sends first, a reference system will be put into place to determine that factor.

.) When sending cards through the mail, use a sleeve and a toploader. The mail men do not care what's inside your envelopes, so if a card that was "mint" turns out to be bent in half while not in a toploader, then you as the trader will be punished. As a fellow trader, I am tired of getting non-mint cards do to people being lazy.

.) None of this, "you don't ask about condition, then I assume you don't care," bull. Everyone is expecting a mint/near mint card while trading unless they say that card is not mint and both parties are ok with that.

.) Both trading parties have 30 days to complete the trade, if the 30 days are up, the trader who has not received has permission to file a complaint against that user in the trading committee area. Obviously, there isn't a whole lot that can be done about a ripper. Mail fraud is probably the only thing that can be done or if another member lives near that person or knows that person.

.) The buying and selling of cards is ALLOWED, however, keep in mind that cash through the mail is very risky, if someone is going to buy anything go through Paypal that way your money is safer than if being sent through the mail.

.) One trade thread per person until the number of members decides to increase, this will lead to less clutter as there are only going to be about 10 or so traders to start things off with.

.) BUMPING your topic is allowed once every 72 hours as your topic should not be moving to the 2nd page until there are more traders on these boards.

.) Have fun trading and keep these rules in mind. You can have your own rules, but if there is a violation in following these boards rules then there will be some kind of punishment. It is not that hard to follow the rules.
