Tide took a step closer to watch, her eyes tracing his hands and trying to remember how to redo it. The fact that his would be even more complicated didn't set too well with her, but she would do her best on it. What is the worse that could happen.

"I think he is just the perfect amount of fat." She gently poked Khareesh's shoulder before moving off the hand Lenaarth her shirt. "After all, too thin and he would blow away and too thick and umm....Well, I do not think you go anywhere as it would take just five minutes to get him up and on. So perfect sized in my opinion." She shrugged as she started to remove her soaked shorts too. "So I just slip it on like a robe or more like a shirt?

She picked up the garment, holding it out as she let it unfold to try and figure out the best way to slip into it. The fact that she was only standing there, in what would count as a swimsuit didn't bother her much as she looked over at Khareesh. "Or is it like pants?"

"Mostly like a robe," Khareesh replied, moving to take hold of the yukata and hold it open for Tide to step into. "The sash is really what will make the shape of the whole outfit, for you. I find elegance in the simplicity of the design, personally."

He was glowing a little bit cobalt-and-blueberry around the cheekbones, a blush on someone with blue-grey skin and blood that wasn't always red, and mentally flailing just a little bit.

Tide liked how he looked.

There were so many fireworks going off in Khareesh's brain that Myth started laughing at him, coughing suspiciously, trying to pass it off as a bit of sand in his airway. Bullshit, that was. Blatant bullshit at that.

Shooting his wayward dragon A Look, Khareesh reached out and snagged the sash from Myth's face, pulling the yukata closed around Tide's figure, hiding away the reminders of how close he'd come to losing her. Oh, there were those burns too, but it was the seam that ran through the burn scars that made Khareesh's throat catch uncomfortably.

Burying the pain of that memory underneath the simple happiness of Tide's company and the plans for the night, Khareesh began pulling the sash into place, shaping the robe-like yukata into a two-tiered garment, with a distinctive torso section and skirt-like bottom. The sash itself was snug, but the width of it made it feel more like a hug than a belt.

He smoothed the fabric over Tide's shoulders unnecessarily once everything was secured.

"This should be mostly comfortable, I hope?"

Your inflection, K'reesh, could use work.

"Oh, I figured that out as soon as it left my mouth."

Now hurry up and get yourself dressed before a straight flight isn't an option anymore. I'd rather prefer to stretch my wings, if you don't mind.

Khareesh laughed and shrugged out of his flight jacket, which he'd need to wear over his own clothing once he was dressed. "I suppose it's only fair." He dropped his jacket aside and efficiently stripped the layers of his upper clothing -- loose shirt over sky-clan mesh that kept his clothing well ventilated at all times -- and his outer layer of pants, leaving the mesh under-pants in place to warm his legs for the flight.

Shirtless, Khareesh stashed his clothing in the saddlebag to be retrieved later. He wasn't the most impressive masculine figure that had ever been sculpted, but he wasn't unattractive either, body shaped by a fair share of manual labor to be strong as well as naturally nimble. Of course, he was blue-grey all over, slightly darker along his spine than the rest of him, a few birthmarks here and there that looked as though someone with a paintbrush and pale blue paint had decided to bristle on a few idle strokes.

He grinned, slipping into his own festival clothing. "I think you'll be winning the beauty contests. I might come in second, though! If we had no other competitors, that is." Part flirtation, part plain old humor, part acknowledgement that genasi were ALIEN to everybody around them, and just because air genasi were the least alien of all genasi didn't make them normal.

Speaking of normal, he was struggling to hold his own clothing shut because it kept blowing in the spirits-damned breeze that he generated just by existing. Hard to shut your clothes against the wind when the wind originates from inside your clothes!

Tide looked down and then did a couple of half turns to get a feel of the material. It was like being in water except without all the wetness of it. She never wore anything like it and gave Khareesh a beaming smile. It fitted to a T and was just loose enough that she didn't feel like she was being boxed into something that if she had even thought about sitting, would have ripped at the seams. "It is wonderful!"

Watching Khareesh change, Tide felt a blush rise to her cheeks. "Oh! I seriously doubt that. On both accounts. Then again, depends on who the judge would be. Beauty is in the mind of the beholder."

Eye dear.

"Oh...Right..." She gave a sheepish grin at Khareesh. Though it quickly faded away as laughter bubbled out of her at Khareesh's situation. She didn't mean to laugh as she did, but it was quite a priceless scene. Moving over to him, she would help him at least shut it. "I can see the real reason why you brought me along now." She was trying to be funny and Lenaarth all but inwardly groan, knowing that Tide couldn't see that reason at all. "You needed someone to help you get dressed in this."

Yep. Totally the real reason Tide. You hit the nail right on the head. If the nail in question was how clueless you were that is.

Didn't stop her from attempting to quickly tie the sash around him. Before the wind intervened again. To get it to work, she was basically hugging him. Hope Khareesh didn't mind that too much. (Who are we kidding, he was probably over the moon about it.)

"I usually don't need this much help getting dressed," Khareesh mumbled, slightly abashed by the trouble and more than a little thrilled by the proximity. "Then again, this is Water Clan clothing, not Wind. We normally dress to our element."

By which Khareesh meant that the clothing of his people had been crafted with the ever-blowing winds of the air genasi in mind. Things were either too snug to flap or loose enough that the flapping was almost intentional dramatic effect.

He helped Tide tuck the parts of his garment under the sash and then helpfully held still for her to actually tie it.

"But, eye or mind of the beholder, I'm still pretty sure you're the prettiest one here, Tide." This last murmured in a husky bit of too much honesty, unassuming feelings stripped naked for Tide's viewing. Eye contact, his white pupils meeting her black, "You're probably the most genuinely beautiful woman to be found in all of Teragaia. No fuss, no pretension, no vanity, just honest love for life and everyone around you, courage, strength of spirit, a passionate drive to always do what's right." And then, after a mental prod from Myth telling him he was being a little TOO honest, Khareesh grinned his crooked grin. "Lenaarth has excellent taste in rider, I must say."

If you're done being awkward, K'reesh? Myth arched his head around to snuffle at his rider and at Tide, whom he nuzzled affectionately. K'reesh means well, you know, but sometimes he opens his mouth and then words come out. But you really had best mount up already. If K'reesh delays the point any longer, we won't get that nice long flight in.

"That is fair enough there. I do not suppose I could fit in say...Dragon things and heavens forbid that a dragon try to fit into something you or I could wear." Stepping back to admire her handiwork and make sure that nothing was going to accidentally untie and cause a ruckus, she blinked at his words. She was about to wave them off and laugh, as the memory of the very first time they met came to mind and then he continued. And continued.

Even as she stared back into his eyes, she felt the heat build up in her cheeks. But she couldn't look away. That felt...Wrong. He was saying these things and truly meaning them and to just try and look away just felt wrong. As if she was ashamed of herself for these very qualities and that she felt guilty for making Khareesh think she had them. While that would apply to some of the things that Khareesh listed, she would never want him to feel like he was...She didn't know how to put it into words. Guilty? Ashamed himself? No. So she held his stare back even as she bit back her tongue in protest at what he was saying.

That last part was the only thing that got her back to functioning again. Even as Lenaarth chose to answer for her. Thank you Khareesh. I like to think I do too. As an aside to Myth only, she continued. I've seen Tide stuck speechless a few times, but this is a first I do believe. No only is she stuck speechless her mind is a whir of emotions. I do not know where one begins and the other ends. Try to keep that from happening again. I want them both to enjoy it...You know? She would smile at them before giving Tide her own affectionate nuzzle.

Safe journey my Tide and do try to have fun.

Tide merely nodded. Two dragon nuzzles? She now felt like something was up, but was too clueless to figure it out at the moment. And still dealing a bit with the information dump that Khareesh had given to her. "Alright Myth." She reached up to gently scratch under his chin. "That would not be very fair to you would it?"

She would choose to ignore most of what the air genasi had said and just take it as him listing qualities that Lenaarth had probably gossiped about. Though in her gut she doubted that was it. While she knew that Lenaarth did gossip as all dragons did about their riders, it had a certain...Khareeshness about that she doubted it came from dragon opinion alone. But till she was ready to sort through that mine field there, she would just leave it alone.

Besides, she was about to enjoy a nice long flight with him. Plenty of time to sort it out then. Though she did try to protest one or two things.

"There are plenty of prettier women than me and as far as courage go? It is not courage I tend to have but mostly what many people call stupidity and a knack for trouble." Reaching out for his hand, she would grin at him. This she could say truly as that was one emotion that stood out clearly above all else. "Never change though Khareesh. I like this awkwardness of yours too much. I would not know what to do if you could match even Wilde or Tennyson in wit."

Tide vaguely knew who they were. Some poets from a place called Earth. Least she was pretty sure both were poets...Either way, they had a way with words that she often envied. Though not too much.

One quality Khareesh had neglected to mention was humility, though Tide's reticence to believe good thing about herself (it was a familiar wall coming down behind her eyes, the same face he'd seen on Rashana, on every girl in the Weyr with whom he'd ever conversed) seemed to stem from something deeper than simple humility.

Khareesh wanted to shake the daft woman until she believed she was the incredible person he knew she was, and he wanted to hug her, and he wanted to demand to know who told her she somehow wasn't the amazing person he'd come to know so that he could have some Strong Words with them and maybe shake them too.

But, you know, stuff.

Oh, Tidesweep. You and K'reesh are...pretty special.

What Khareesh got out of that statement from Myth was an oddly polite "you're both idiots".

At this point he wasn't really gonna argue.

"You're the most beautiful woman in my world, Tide. Come on."

There's more of that incredible wit Tidesweep was just talking about, eh, K'reesh?

"Did you want to be our ride or did you want me to call in a ride from someone whose dragon is a little less back-talky?"

You love my sass. And even if you didn't, you're stuck with me.

"Of course. Wouldn't want to be stuck with a polite and well-mannered dragon who actually respects my feelings, you know, that simply wouldn't do."

The snark is the tired and generally fond tone of an old in-joke, a perpetual bicker, just Their Thing. Some dragons hung on to their riders' every words. Myth criticized Khareesh's every word. But he was more wild blue than Pernese blue, as evidenced both by the horn on his nose and his fluent grasp of sarcasm.

Myth snorted ozone-charged static, and then helpfully ducked down to offer his foreleg as a step up to his neck. The stitching on the Blue Mottle's harness matches the festival clothing, with both the carp and the wind integrated into the embroidery because sometimes Khareesh got bored and couldn't sleep. Khareesh retrieved his flight jacket and pulled himself up, settling into his familiar seat in his dragon's neck ridges, and helped Tide up after him so that she sat in front of him.

Next up came the straps, because flying a'dragonback was potentially dangerous without safety straps. He made sure he and Tide were both securely strapped in.

"I hope this is comfortable," Khareesh murmured into Tide's ear, settling his arms comfortably around her waist because...there was really nothing else to do when you were riding doubles. And he enjoyed cuddling. And stuff. "It's a bit of a flight yet. Have fun with your painting, Lenaarth! Ready, Myth?"

Pffft. Am I ready? I'm not the one who was stalling!

And before Khareesh can argue that point, they're airborne, Myth's wings cupping air and pushing hard on the downstrokes, lifting him easily from the ground and up into a skyward spiral to gain the necessary altitude.

Setting course for the Salt Eel's oasis. Behind us is the ocean. Ahead, adventure.

Khareesh chuckled, but relaxed into his seat on Myth's back, chin coming to rest somewhere on Tide's shoulder. "He calls ME special! He's one to talk, you know!"

I heard that.

Credit where it was due, though, Myth was a smooth flyer. Elegant, graceful, master of the winds. He settled into a soft near-glide, and despite his back-sass, his eyes whirled the contented blue of a happy dragon.

Tide just gave Myth a look that said she understood very well what he had wanted to see. That and Lenaarth laughing in the back of her mind did nothing to stop those suspicions at all. Not that she was ever gonna point that out. She actually agreed with Myth so why try to argue with it?

Just like she couldn't argue with Khareesh with what he said. That would be like...Arguing over the perfect shade of blue. Impossible and with everyone having a different opinion on the matter.

She did hide a laugh at the conversation between dragon and rider. She was glad Lenaarth wasn't that...Back talky. She had her days. Oh boy, could the Bronze almost talk Tide into doing anything when she really wanted too. But this sounded like an age old conversation that so rarely changed and no one was ever the winner here.

Settling back against him, Tide laughed softly. "It is comfortable. The fish and wind symbols are new. You do them yourself or?" She was making small talk. Or attempting to make small talk. Her brain was more or less back to functioning level after Khareesh's mini outburst (more like confession if we are being honest here), and while she didn't mind silences, she knew that Khareesh was liked to fill them it seemed. Which she was always more than happy to let him do anyday of the week.

I will Khareesh. You keep Tide out of trouble and safe now? Or may you hope that Myth is as good of a flyer as he hints at. It wasn't a threat really...As she wouldn't follow through with it naturally. Just being a good mother is all and making threatening but not actually threats toward objects of affection of offspring. At least, that is how she was sure human mothers treated potential suitors of their young. But like she and Myth agreed on, human courtship was so hard and complicated.

"If it makes you feel better Khareesh, I could play, I believe Devil's advocate and say you both are very special. But I do not believe I am using the word in the correct way. Not to mention, you are my friends, so technically I would be believing what I was saying. As you both very special to me." Tide didn't have many friends after all. Well, hadn't had many friends. Relationships with people was something she was still navigating from time to time thanks to how she grew up. When friends often betrayed you at the drop of a hat...Most people would find it hard to trust them. Tide wasn't quite most people, but then again, she also thought threats of bodily harm was just a way of saying hi how are you for some people so...Maybe not the best judge there.

He's been stitching the design for months, Myth supplied, answering Tide's question about the embroidery before Khareesh could open his mouth. And he's been meaning to invite you to this festival for weeks, but for some reason...K'reesh has always lost his nerve and ducked. Until the last possible day, of course, but you can thank his sister for being direct.

Myth dipped his wing in salute to Lenaarth and fell into a smooth climbing glide, effortlessly seeking out the early afternoon thermals that would carry him easily to the planned destination deep in the desert.

Khareesh sighed, and Tide would probably hear it despite the wind, because Khareesh's chin was still resting on her shoulder.

"And here is Myth, channeling Rashana in all of her blunt, tactless, but infinitely on-point glory," the genasi murmured. "She spent this morning dressing me down for...rather a lot."

Tide said her piece, and Khareesh...chuckled.

"You are very special to me too. Myth was calling us stupid, however."

K'reesh! O ye of so little faith. I wasn't calling Tidesweep stupid.

"Oh. Well-"

Just you.

"...thanks."

Lovely Tidesweep, kind, sweet, generous Tidesweep is just very slow to catch on to some things. To be fair, though, she'd have an easier time drawing the right conclusions if you gave her something other than evasive non-answers to work with. It's really very rude to be so very bad at communication, my friend.

"You're like Rashana under a coat of sugar. A layer of sweetness to take the growl out of the swing, but the same impact of that same sledgehammer."

You could just tell me I'm being too direct. The problem is I'm not. And you're not. The dragon paused his musing, winging to the correct altitude, and then finding a thermal and a breeze to surf the crest of, body gliding like a large blue kite. But the wind is good, the sky is clear, and the air is sweet. Ideal for a long flight, I think.

On the bright side for Khareesh's ego, Myth was, however Mottle, a Pernese dragon, and his attention span was accordingly short. The shift in topic was inevitable, as very, very few dragons were capable of maintaining any one idle task for very long.

Of course, some damage had probably already been done, but Khareesh was just going to smile and nod and hope maybe he could find a hole to fall in when they landed.

"For months?" Tide's eyes went wide at that dedication. Sure. She could sit all day and read a book, but to do something like this for months? It must have taken up so much of his free time. And if rumors were true, there wasn't always a lot of free time up at the weyr. Though the fact that apparently Khareesh knew about this for awhile wasn't a fact that escaped her. What did escape her was the fact that she had been his first and only choice in being invited to the endeavor. Sadly, the thought that did take hold was that she was a sort of last resort type thing. Not that it bothered her in the least bit. The way she was figuring it, Rashana would have naturally been the first choice. What with being his sister and all. She was merely the other choice.

She was wrong of course, though she would never get to voice that opinion out loud as she was struck a bit speechless by Myth. First Khareesh complimented and now Myth was...She wondered if the illogical field were somehow involved and then decided it probably didn't have its hand in this particular incident. It was all...A bit too logical for it to be illogical. Not by much though.

Once her mind came back online once more, she tilted her head enough to see Khareesh out from her peripheral vision. "Non-answers? Evasive? What is he talking about Khareesh?" She was more confused than anything, but figured it would either be cleared up soon. Hopefully.

Less bright side for Khareesh's ego, Myth had opened a few doors and now Tide was poking through them. It was probably inevitable, in hindsight, but Khareesh... was currently trapped about a mile in the air with his arms around the girl he'd spent...nearly a full year exulting from afar and delicately dancing around.

Khareesh rested his face against Tide's back, nose and forehead pressed along her spine, breathing in the scent of her hair as he considered how he could possibly answer any of her questions without actually, y'know, answering them.

Teragaia spread out beneath them, beneath the shadow of Myth's wings, forests and farmland speeding by underneath Myth's fairly decent pace. The sky was still a clear, strong blue, mid afternoon, some cloud cover, mostly building behind them along the coast.

"I really had been meaning to ask you along for months, but the needlework was never quite finished yet, and...I would have felt awkward, inviting you with the work incomplete."

In case you were wondering, Tidesweep... THAT was an evasion. Almost on topic, but totally off-point.

Khareesh's groan of frustration was wordless, but one might have been able to intuit he was thinking in creative profanity. He was getting played by his own dragon. This was...not how he'd imagined this flight going.

Tide looked down as Teragaia sped by down below them. She was more confused than ever on some fronts, but at least others were clearing up. "I can understand that. Especially if there was any doubt if they were going to be done in time. I am assuming showing up in non festival gab is not a good idea. It is at the very least a rude one I am assuming."

Listening to Myth, she nodded slowly. He did avoid her question on the evasive answers, but in all honesty, she wasn't gonna push it. Khareesh had his reasons for wanting to avoid the question. She just didn't know why or even if they were good reasons. All she knew was that he was her friend. She enjoyed his company. He always seemed to be there when she needed someone to talk too. To just be a sounding board. To help take her mind off things. So if he wanted to avoid a few questions, she would be more than happy to let him.

She just now knew what to watch out for. For future reference.

"Ahhh. So that is an evasion." Chuckling, she shook her head. "Khareesh...If you do not want to answer a question of mine, you do not have to evade. Just simply say you do not want to answer and I will respect that. You are my friend and the last thing I want to do is make you uncomfortable. You mean too much to me for me to do anything else."

If you don't answer her questions before we land, I will, Myth warned, all snark aside, now in total seriousness. You are being an idiot, K'reesh. And if you keep trying to bury the truth, you're going to hit a point where you do more harm than whatever good you imagine you're doing now.

A full five minutes passed in silence, Myth flying smoothly, Khareesh still resting his head against Tide.

Finally, he spoke, lifting his voice to be heard over the whipping winds of flight a'dragonback.

"It would have been rude...to you, Tide. To invite you to a celebration before I was prepared to be a proper host? Unforgivable. And I was never quite sure I'd be able to impress you."

...You're getting closer.

"And I have not clarified certain things because my feelings are not the important feelings here. I treasure your friendship; I wouldn't dare to presume upon more. And you had someone..."

But see, now there's conversation! Conversation is healthy.

"Not sure I'm quite in the right place for more sass just now, Myth."

It'd be weird if I didn't sass you, though. Weird and icky.

Khareesh sighed.

Well, there was that. It was a thing. He'd even kind of said it out loud.

Held hostage a mile in the air by a dragon who was quite sick of watching him try (badly) to hide his feelings under whatever rug or curtain was convenient in the moment.

While that didn't seem very fair in Tide's mind, she suppose someone would have to answer the questions sooner or later. Cause yes, while she was perfectly fine burying them or ignoring them, unanswered questions always seemed to pop back up. No matter how deeply they were buried to begin with. They were just strange like that. She didn't say anything though, just letting the silence settle. It wasn't even that awkward of one for her. She had been in worst silences and at least this one she knew wasn't a calm before the storm type of silence.

She had learned to recognize those pretty well. At least the violent type of ones.

"Why would you need to impress me to invite me to go somewhere?" Tide was confused at that. Last she knew, she hadn't given the impression she was some prima dona that had to be pampered and impressed before she would do anything. She was almost always willing to go along on an adventure with a friend and this would have been no exception. Though as he tried to point out that his feelings weren't the important ones here, she gave a laugh.

It wasn't really the good kind of laugh and as soon as it left her mouth, she covered it with her hand and turned scarlet red. She knew exactly who she had picked that trait up from and she didn't want to get into the habit of it. Not at all.

"Forgive, but your feelings are important to me at least. I am just not the best at picking up on other feelings. Often times, when growing up, what I thought was one feeling was a completely different one so now I do not even trust what I see." She gave a weary smile, not that he could see as she was facing forward, head tilted up to look at the sky. "So more often than not, I have to have things spelled out for me to be sure. And presume upon more? You mean like a family tie?"

Though at the last part, she felt like she had been suckered punched in the gut. Moving a hand, she laid it lightly on his, closing her eyes as she fought back the feelings that brought up. While they were not as strong as when she first came here, they were still there. Still open and a bit raw. Though she knew they were scabbing over. Knew that it wasn't even a quarter of how bad it had been before.

"Why would the fact that I was dating Sev affect anything?"

And there was a loaded question if there ever was one.

"When was the last time someone just wanted to impress you because you're you?"
Khareesh wondered momentarily, before the rest of the conversation slid into place.

...you should probably do some spelling, K'reesh.

The forest beneath them was beginning to get sparser, more wiry, the lushness of the more temperate forests closer to the village thinning out into a grittier, scrawnier stretch of trees, the ground becoming too rocky and sandy to support the kind of lush landscape they'd been flying over earlier.

They were approaching the desert. Had a ways to go yet.

"I heard, Weyr gossip, it was a bit more than dating. And that's why I change direction whenever someone tries to get me to talk about feelings." Khareesh's sigh was probably still audible despite the wind. "I treasure your companionship and your friendship, truly. And to...romantically impose, shall we say, would be in terribly bad form. My feelings are my own responsibility, and you are not obligated to-"

This is the part where K'reesh awkwardly tries to get around telling you he's been falling for you quite steadily since he met you but doesn't want to be rude. Pardon the interruption, K'reesh, but you were about to do that talking in circles thing.

"...thanks, Myth."

That was a very good question. Tide really couldn't name anytime. Sure. Some of what Sev did had been impressive, but she wasn't so sure it was simply cause Tide was Tide and not cause of the fact they were dating and dating involves impressive feats. At least according to the romance novels she read. Then again, these novels also described something else that Tide knew was fairly off base, so she suppose that would be too. All these thoughts were just chugging along, trying to find the best way to answer the question and then boom. The train went off course. So off course that she quite forgot the question he had even asked.

Good thing Tide was already sitting, or she might have fallen down. Relationships were never her strong suit. She often believed herself to be lucky to have friends and always felt she had to tread a bit carefully in order not to offend them. She did a lot of this subconsciously though. Almost without any second thoughts. Sev was actually the first relationship she had to be completely honest. And then she lost it. Not in a break up sort of way. She could have taken that. Could probably even more on easier from that. But the sudden lost of it. The sudden fact that anything she may have wanted to say to him, she couldn't now driving home painfully.

And yes. Weyr gossip was right. It had been a bit more than dating. They had been engaged. Then naturally tragedy struck so that just piled on to it too. A good thing happened and then a bad thing happened to take away that good thing and much worse. It could almost leave one with a feeling that the universe doesn't want you truly happy. Almost, but Tide didn't think that. After all, she was here and happy so it couldn't be that.

"Romantically impose....Falling for me...." As she spoke her voice became high in pitch as her brain slowly started back into working order. She has stiffened in her initial panic but was slowly relaxing again as she let her mind work through everything. And boy was it a lot to work through.

Khareesh calling her pretty on the hatching sands.

Khareesh helping her out with the Grathkin missions.

Him just talking with her. Making her laugh. Smile. Forget what had made her upset to begin with.

Khareesh listing off her qualities down by the beach.

And those were just the tips of some of her thoughts. So that is what his sister had probably dressed him down. She was guessing though at this point and not even educated ones. Could have just as easily been about waiting to the last minute too. Or as last minute as possible. Did it still count as last minute if they had the time to fly out there? Maybe. Last minute was a phrase and there she was. Going off on a tangent. Running away from her own thoughts and feelings. It wasn't cause she didn't want to acknowledge them. She just never really knew how.

Maybe it was best if she just kept silent for now and work through her own tangle mess of feelings before she ended up saying the wrong thing and losing Khareesh. Cause much like him, she did value his friendship and companionship quite a bit and would hate to lose that. Settling back against him as much as she could, she would close her eyes and just basically unleashed her own thoughts, mumbling to herself as she worked through her feelings. Eventually she would actually talk to him and work things out loud but for right now, she would just work on it quietly before she stumbled into a hole of her own making.
