TUL Shoppe 2.0
+AC 2.0

Well, you asked for it, so here's the first major update in quite a while: TUL Shoppe has been reborn!

Posted Image
 • [Introduction to the Shoppe]
For those of you who don't know, the Shoppe is a section of TUL that allows members to purchase special items and services, such as graphics, eiPod (yes, seriously), or even the exclusive Elite Membership. And just like a real shop, items will sometimes be limited edition, overstocked, or a one-time-only purchase, so buy 'em quickly!

However, these goods and services are not without a price. Each and every item in the TUL shop costs a pretty penny - and in this case, our pretty pennies are called AC - Accumulated Credit (retarded, we know, but we ran out of ideas) - and live well up to their name: AC points are earned either by posting (look further down in the AC 2.0 section), being first or second place in an Arena Battle, or by winning a major TUL contest.

Now that that's said and done...
 • [Shop List]
eiPod Minion Package - AC 110
Fortune Cookie - AC 10
Roxas's Signature Package - AC 190
Graphics By A Feline - AC 200
Elite Member Package - AC 10,000
Roleplay Advertisement - AC 200
A Post Above the Rest - AC 200
Mr. Bubbles - AC 20
Now remember - this is just a temporary list. For the full, current, up-to-date, list, check out the Shoppe itself, here.
 • [AC 2.0]
Also brand-spankin' new (along with our updated shop), is a completely revamped and revised AC system. The new system uses a completely new money code and allows both administrators and members to do all sorts of things with their accumulated AC.

A side note: AC is most often earned through posting A LOT on the TUL boards. For every post you make, you will receive an automatic 5 AC to your account.

While transactions will still be manually done by the Cashier account, members now have a crazy cool option called 'Donate'. This will be used for various things, like contests and site-wide games, but you can also donate to other members! Need a few extra AC to get that graphic you really, really want? Ask them to donate!

Share the love.
Share the AC.

For the moment, we're still working out kinks, so - please do NOT attempt to use the Shoppe or make any orders using the The Cashier account. We'll post again to let everyone know it's all clear.

Hurr, we are helpful links.

Okay, it seems we've sorted out all the kinks and the code should be working properly for all of you. So, feel free to buy things from the shoppe/donate to other members/use the new feature.

If any of you think you have the wrong AC amount just contact me and I'll check it for you. Also if the code doesn't seem to be working properly for you, please let us know. If you have any suggestions for items in the shop, again, please let us know.

I hope you guys enjoy!

Thanks,
Feline

I used to belong to a few forums where they used their 'money' to buy little pixel items that stayed under their post-count forever. Maybe more people would use this system if it worked like that?

Items that I remember
--

Musical Instruments
Pokemon
Little Animals
Foods and Drinks
Sports items
Tiny catchphrases, ect.

Maybe it could work out to where if you make a decent pixel item for the shop, you get AC as well?

I remember that too. Wasn't it one of those Proboards sites? I'd be up for that, I think. Especially if there were, you know, the little CoM Zexion's and Lexaeus' and stuff to buy. They're nice and small and easy to find. xD

That would be kinda neat to have.

I wasn't thinking about that, but you're right, Ashes. We could have video game sprites in really small form or something.

Hm, interesting. I'll talk to Feline about having put things like that in the shop.

Especially sprites for you KH kids.

Also: Apparently we'll have to make one for Number XIV.

Hurr, we are helpful links.

You shouldn't make one for XIV until you figure out who the canon one actually is. >> I've seen a billion despies trying to pass theirs off as canon and they all suck, so wait for Square to release it?

I might be able to offer up art services...? http:etomo.deviantart.com I can draw any kind of realism if I have a photo reference, or I can do characters if they are some sort of animal. I also might be able to help with little pixel-pets (maybe a pet shop?) but it's all up to you guys, of course.

If you used, like, these little guys from the GBA CoM, that would be amazing.

Posted Image (( Like them xD ))
The only little images I have are Namine, Sora, Riku, Zexion, Lexaeus, (I can get Axel) and Leon and Cloud. Though it's not hard to get the other ones, like Kairi and Vexen and Larxene.

I'd so spend my money on those things.

-Edit-

I found a damn good place for the little GBA game figures.
And I think it'd be simply wonderful to be using some of them if we happen to do this.

Hm, interesting. We can't use them without permission, though (lolcopyrightlaws), so we'd have to check with the original artists first.

On the images itself, it says "-name- ripped by -name-. No credit needed, don't claim as your own".
Then on the site front it says to give credit to those who made it.

That, and it's very easy to get them yourself. All you need is the tools and you can play the games on your computer, you can take screenshots, and get them that way. Which is all that they've done, as far as I can see.
They have a few Pokemon too, under the DS label.

I think you are all talking about the money thing under our avatars. Hmmm...does anybody know who has created the computer program that produces money? Who?
