Hi Folks I've just popped over from AMSIG. I have had three Airfix 1/48 Tornados in the cupboard for too many years and have finally run out of excuses not to build them so here is my first effort. It isn't complete yet, I'm taking it to Sutton Coldfield tomorrow but it still needs some weathering and stencils applied. Airfix 1/48 GR1, Xtracrylix Desert Pink Gulf and Xtradecal X011-48 decals. ![]() ![]() The Tailerons snapped off during assembly but I've now seen Andy's tips on using brass/alu tubing so know what to do on the F3 and GR4 that are in the build queue. Thanks for looking. Colin Marrow |
