[YOUTUBE]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNgA1PWAoG0[/YOUTUBE] I walk the the barren wasteland that once was Merlotte's Bar and Grill. I remember some good times here. Showing up drunk to the first round and almost getting eliminated. Randomly winning that sheriff competition and sending that boring bastard Arlene out. Waiting an eternity for that colossal douche Alcide to finish his part of the image tags. It seems almost decrepit at this point. The bar hasn't been used since the merger. The elimination room still fresh with Sookie's blood. This place treated Andy Bellefleur well. I pass by the gravestones of Lafayette and Holly - people I genuinely care about and wish were still around to bounce ideas off of. They were cast off in a brutal format that ignored the needs of the weak and granted power and fortune to those who were mighty. Tara and Sarah's gravestones are closeby, and I shed a tear of remorse. If only those two could've gotten their shit together and nabbed a win on the night of the merge, things could have been so different. If only, if only... I pass by the prison and I see the faces of Bill "What is a Bon Temps" Compton, and I can't help but think how different things would have been had someone with a brained entered the game. I spit for wasting Holly or Lafayette's opportunity. I then pass by the newly planted former deputy of mine, Jason. Jason, Jason. The dolt really could've changed the game up after Steve, in a moment of idiocy himself, chose Jason in the line-up before quite a few Fangs. "DIDN'T WE ALMOOOOSTTT HAVE IT ALLLLL" I sing as I weep and remember that Whitney Houston has died as well. Is this really the end for Andy Bellefleur? Esteemed sheriff. Friend to many. Enemey to few. Lover of donuts and titties. It simply couldn't be the end after a long, hard-fought grudgematch through the trenches of Merlotte's battlefield. Being on the block four times has been an accomplishment that only a fool would be proud of. I don't wish to ever go back. If I do not win tonight, it will be a tragic evening for the force. I feel the wind of my ancestors propelling me forward, giving me breath. Giving me LIFE. It is time for Andy Bellefleur to once again grab the badge that has been so elusive in the last three rounds. It is time to make those Fangs pay. |

Yes. Gospel singing > Jim Morisson's drinker poetry. |

Steve for sure. I was just tellin Maryann that I shoulda picked Russ right away, but I was terrified that he'd show up during that random window and he'd get to pick himself. I din't want to fuck Maryann over. I ain't so sure Steve is leavin though. |

Ah'ma continue usin' this thread movin' forward as I don't think that I can make formal police reports anymore. Ah'm too far in. Now it's just Andy Bellefleur, retired police officer, tryin to make a run here late in the ninth. People are positive that we ain't doin no more double rounds, but if Ah'm seein it right, it's still totally possible: sheriff 1 - 3 and 7 are nominees -5 sheriff 2 - 4 and six are nominees -6 I think people was lookin' at it with Eric and Nora bein' immune, and not with 8 people. That's the problem. I could still see a double round with 7 people, and Ah'd really like that cause it means I got that much better of a shot at winnin one of them sheriff spots. As far as the events of the evenin, I really din't like to lose Russell. I wanna explain my thought processes a bit. 1.) Pam's the biggest challenge threat in this game. If she's gone, who are people expectin as the next biggest threat? Andy. And Andy cain't back that shit up. I din't wanna make an enemy out of Pam, not out of cowardice, but because it don't do me any good. Pam could be a huge shield for me movin' forward, or she may still have her tribe by the balls. I don't know. But removin' her woulda only made the target on my back bigger. 2.) I put Steve outta line instead cause I couldn't put Eric out and wasn't gon put Russ, Maryann, or Jes out. Steve was the only other option. 3.) I feel like I coulda pushed harder to Maryann to keep Russ, but I wasn't sure that was in my best interests since he is so good in challenges. I think he's great, but I let him die cause I wanted that competition gone. As far as movin forward? Shit... same exact position. If anything tonight unified Fangs like I never seen before. It's funny cause so many people tell me that Ah'm bein lied to or that I ain't got my facts straight... I do. They just ain't seein where Ah'm comin from I knew Steve wasn't in power! But he was the only option that made sense for me. Even if by some miracle of God I climb up Everest and reach the final 2, I doubt Ah'll be able to make a case that Ah'm a competent individual to the vamps left in this game - and that ain't a good feelin. I guess Ah'm feelin a bit defeated cause I really din't want Russ to go. I know I probably shouldn't feel that way after a big win, but I certainly do feel that way. My priority is to keep Maryann safe regardless. Ah'll do everything in my power to see that she's got a valid shot in this game. |
