The following is the Posting Requirements for posting official clan events. All Event Posts must follow the following rules or the events will be closed by an Admin or Global Moderator. This is your warning! Event Topic Title should contain the following: MM/DD/YY Event Name [GTA V] Event Topic Title Breakdown: Date: Topic Title should contain the month, the day, and the year has shown above. 0 should be included for single digit months. For example May should be 05/DD/YY. This also applies for the day as well. Example: MM/05/YY. Event Name: The event name is where you put what the event is. If its a Role play or a Training Event. Make sure you specify what the Event is. Event Topic Description should contain the following: HH:MM EST / HH:MM PST / HH:MM GMT Event Topic Description Breakdown: Please make sure when you post the times for the event you are posting the correct time and posting each Time Zone above in the order shown. If you are not sure of a time for one of the time Zones you can check on the Time Zone Conversion Chart / Military Time Chart found in the event section. Who Can host a patrol? Anyone can schedule a game, providing they meet the following: -Will attend the game in its entirety, barring last minute emergencies. -Attempt to maximize turnout by coordinating invites and times. -Is a member of the crew. Note: All events not following the requirements above will be closed by an Admin or Global Moderator. Lobby: You need to start the lobby 15 minutes before the Event start time so you can invite the members and get ready. The Lobby should remain as quiet as possible so the Event can begin smoothly. Sending Invites: You has the host are responsible for sending the invites out to the RSVP list and following the proper rules when sending the invites. No One else should be sending out invites besides you unless you tell them to. You first should be sending invites out to the members who RSVPed and are on the main RSVP list. Once that is complete you wait until 5 mins before your Event Start time before you can begin to invite the waiting list. Then if there still is room after you invite the waiting list and wait till the Event Start time you can open the events to any member in the clan. |
