Good point. CH-47D's?

(Was looking that they had larger engines and thus probably more lifting power...)

OOC: Oh I see, I was looking at the CH-47F but looked at the wrong model name.

IC: Sorry for the confusion, we were looking at the CH-47F with the 4,868 hp engines.

ATO Madness

With the reception of the ATO Contract, WDC begins to turn its manpower towards training this large group. As the civilian flight training program trainees are essentially done with all activities needing an instructor, we have accelerated their graduation date. They have been given coupons for aircraft rentals with local airports, so that they may finish out their licenses prerequisites.

This frees up four of our instructors, and leaves the 18 pilots of the WDC for training the 110 trainees per country. Training will begin immediately, with pilots from Tunisia acting as the first class of ATO graduates. WDC has waived the additional fee for not joining the US Armed Forces, as these are allies of the United States, and are coming through on contract by the United States.

$16,500,000 has been requested for the training of the Tunisian trainees, and as stated, training has started.

As well, with the completion of the Super Tweet project, WDC puts in an order for 18 Cessna Advanced TA-37E Super Tweets with drogue refueling probes at a cost of $58.5 million.

Total for the Chinook order is $362.5 million. The US will subsidize $162.5 million of this to lower the cost to $200 million. The US will also allow a payment plan to be established.

The Bank of Oceania has wired $949 million to the United States and Palikir has absorbed the debt. The Bank will collect the debt from Palikir so the U.S. is not kept waiting and a custom payment plan can be installed.

China is pleased to announce that with the culmination of many factors since 2009, we have been able to stop the advancement of oil consumption in China. Oil consumption now is stable at 8 Million barrels per day. With our wind farms expanding at an amazing rate, our electric car market expanding at a massive rate, and our Nuclear program growing, we will only cut oil usage from now on .Our oil imports have been restructured due to our new oil production in Iraq, as well as our contract with Iraq, we no longer need to import as much oil from certain countries, and have cut exports all together in some cases.

Chinese Oil Consumption:

8 Million barrels per day

Chinese Oil Imports:

2.7 Million barrels per day:
--------
500k - Angola
500k - Saudi Arabia
1,200,000 - Iraq
300,000 - Iran
150,000 - Oman
50,000 - Russia

(With the exception of Iraq, i already import that amount or more from those countries IRL, but i did cut some imports)
