IC: With the reception of the weapons, WDC begins planning on a new armory building addition to the HQ. This project is currently being quoted by contractors, and will not actually begin construction for another 4 months. In the meantime the crates for the weapons are being stored in a storage area for files and documents, and applications for licenses for the weapons are being filled out and sent to the government. The helicopters are nearing completion, and are currently being finished out by the respective companies. WDC is once more going through recruiting personnel, this time we are recruiting 20 ground crew, and the applications have already been recieved from leftovers from previous hunts. The applicants have been sent letters, and we expect to have responses within 2 weeks. |

2013 section has been completed. The 2014 part has begun, and the Incheon Bridge is completed. Incheon Tower is being topped off and furnished. In Cheongna, construction of the world-class theme park is half way completed, as are the stadiums, theaters, floriculture centers, and homes. On Yeongjong Island, the logistics center and hundreds of other facilities are completed and open to the public. Cheongna and Yeongjong will be completed by the end of 2013. A program is installed in all of New Songdo that will entirely prevent hacking. The system will also be able to locate the hacking computer(s) and give the details to local police. |

((OOC: I love how you're misreading this. I'm not phasing out oil. I've never stated I've phased out oil. I've eliminated imported oil. I am now self sufficient in terms of energy. I still use a million barrels a day.)) |

OOC: Um, I know you weren't here, but Canada has a big thing happen to them in the beginning of the RP. http://z13.invisionfree.com/WW3RP/index.ph...dpost&p=1715170 Ed has reorganized the military back to it's original state, but new elections have not yet happened. |

ADMIN: To phase out oil from your electricity use... which you pretty much have to do to cut that much from your oil imports. |

((OOC: If I'm correct, oil only powers about 1.12% of my electricity. Also, I hope your realize there is a major difference between megawatts and megawatt hours.)) |

ooc: If a heater is rated at 1000 watts (1 kilowatt) and that heater is on for one hour then one kilowatt hour is used now just change that to Megawatts |

OOC: Yes i am aware of that Megawatt and Megawatt hours, hence the following:
Also, you are correct on the oil power, i was looking at another graph for your total energy use, not electricity. However, this new revelation further validates my claim that your phasing out oil for electricity does not equal 800k barrels of oil |
