A Type 212(todaro class) is given top secret orders to routinely patrol the Sea of Japan, and report any and all Russian ship movements in and around Vladivostok. The Submarine will patrol using it's AIP system to stay virtually silent

ADMIN: Please factor in the fact you are almost guaranteed to be running a large deficit now that oil prices are a lot lower..

OOC: Well, due to the fact that over the course of the RP I have opened a lot of factories, I'd like to hope more of my economic sector has shifted to Industrial. Also due to the fact that my agriculture has been updated, I'd also like to help that has been factored in as well. Yes, my economy is somewhat reliant on oil sales, my partners are all European, and they, to my knowledge, import their oil needs primarily from me, so the gas issue should have that greatly affected me as it would Saudi Arabia. Therefore, I think my economy isn't going to be in such a shit hole you think it's in.

OOC: You fail to realize the price of Oil is GLOBAL, affecting everyone. No matter who they import from, the cost is down, thus you make less profit per barrel, and for a little bit there you were most likely losing money on exports

OOC: Address that. My economy has more than one way to make money, so my oil exports of my economy shouldn't be as big of a deal as it is if it was still 2009.

OOC: First of all unless you have opened up hundreds of factories to replace a few billion in lost profits, then no. Also, opening MILITARY factories primarily is like holding a bucket to a waterfall and trying to stop the flow

OOC: People work in them the same way they work in a civilian factory. They work, get paid, have taxes reduced, go back to work, et al. I am making more money from their work, and that is revenue. My unemployment is probably at like 2% right now, if not lower, and the taxes are most definitely getting me money.
