Canada has lagged behind on Solar Energy. Aspart of the government's Vision 2025 the government plans to have solar energy produce 5% to 10% of Canadian energy needs by 2025. Solar eenrgy is not large and concentrated but rather spread out and controled by local communites. British Colombia,Ontario, and Saskatchewan are the prime areas intented for devlopment.

The government will support groups research and devloping solar power in Canada and aid them in expanding labs and give them equipment. The first step towards this is a permit for the construction of solar hot water permits. One major example is the City of Ottawa, which had previously denied such permits but allows them now.

ADMIN: :o One shipyard doing all that? I think it would be better to spread it out over a few. Doing it in one would be pretty impossible

With tourism way up, fuel prices way down, and the government noticing people staying in the islands for extended periods due to the distance to get there, the Federated States has seen a new charter service owning two ships that are beginning cruises to Antarctica. They will sail around the ice and the penguins and other marine life as well as famous bird nesting locations for a few days before returning to Micronesia where visitors can then enjoy the heat.

Countries may apply for aid if they wish to get aid for specific things, however the current list of countries approved for aid, and who will be the recipients of our first aid batch will be as follows:

Each nation will receive 30 million dollars, as well as coupons for discounts on essential supplies such as grain, medical supplies, and Shelter. The aid will be hinged on one thing however, they must allow 10 Chinese inspectors to come into their country, to ensure the aid doesnt get squandered.

Afghanistan
Angola
Bangladesh
Benin
Bhutan
Burkina Faso
Burundi
Cambodia
Cape Verde
Central African Republic
Chad
Comoros
Democratic Republic of Congo
Djibouti
Equatorial Guinea
Eritrea
Ethiopia
Guinea
Haiti
Kiribati
Laos
Lesotho
Liberia
Madagascar
Malawi
Maldives
Mali
Mauritania
Mozambique
Myanmar
Nepal
Niger
Rwanda
São Tomé and Príncipe
Sierra Leone
East Timor
Togo
Tuvalu
Uganda
Tanzania
Vanuatu
Yemen
Zambia

The second batch is sent out to these countries, each receiving 40 million USD. The inspectors in each country have so far seen that none of the aid has been squandered that they can see, and it all has been spent on humanitarian needs, as well as economic ones
