The Chakri Naruebet is taken out of permanent mooring and is to be modernised, possibly for export(Dont ask to buy it until i say it is ready)

The carrier is fixed up. The engines have received needed maintenance, the radar system has been restored to operational capacity, the overall ship been patched up from years of neglect, and the electronics updated.

----------

The five armored vehicle factories built when then tank was in development have finished construction. The government, after seeing the amount of equipment finally decommissioned, has ordered 5,000 Type 100 tanks.

Cost of the above = 20 Billion USD

AVIC would like to purchase 51% of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for approximately 14 billion USD.

(going on a guess, Lockheed Martin is around 15 billion for 50%, so i am gonna guess HAL is at or around that, since i cant find a quote for HAL)
