OOC: You don't have rivers to dam, an assault rifle factory will make rifles with no market as your military is too small to need a factory for guns, and you need to lay out finances for this. |

OOC:it's probably a small assault rifle factory because it's only for his army instead of dams you could use wind turbines Malta energy usage can't be that high the whole country could be powered by a few thousand wind turbines |

Oceanian companies and the government have begun reworking their holdings in Maersk to square debts and reappropriate the work. Pacific Fuels transfers its shares in Maersk to Oceania Heavy Industries in return for the subsidiary Maersk Oil and all of its drilling operations, Maersk Tankers, and Maersk Drilling. Pacific Telecom has traded its shares for Maersk Supermarked Group and all their subsidiary retailers and Maersk Supply & Services. The Bank of Oceania has traded its shares to Oceania Heavy Industries in return for the 20% stock of Danske Bank and $2 Billion. The Oceanian government gives its shares in the company to Oceania Heavy Industries in return for the cancellation of its debts to the company in the Island Development Program and other construction and repair projects across the country essentially making them immediatly square. Norfolk Line and its ferrys have also been transferred to Palikir. Services in Holland will be cancelled and the ferry's will serve in Oceania carrying people to and from islands. This leaves Palikir only in debt to The Bank of Oceania and Oceania Heavy Industries controlling all 51% of Maersk and its remaining subsidiaries. (Mostly container related, shipping, shipbuilding) OHI has also been given control over Oceanian mines in the Solomons, Bougainville, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Banaba Island, and elsewhere as well as the timber companies of the Solomons, Fiji, and New Caledonia. These new cheap resource providers will help the island programs. |
