President Young-ghil recently received from the National Assembly a proposed bill to amend the Korean constitution. After more than a week, National Assembly got word that the president had signed the bill, passing it. Korea hereby becomes constitutionally neutral. All military pacts are to be canceled henceforth however all economic pacts will remain intact as will any other foreign relations. The following nations are not effected by this: China Russia Malaysia Singapore All of the above nations have been included in our constitution as Permanent Allies of the Republic through the Korean constitution. Korea is now adopting a policy stating no nation may become militarily allied to Korea unless the National Assembly, Prime Minister, and the President of the Republic agree that a nation is applicable for Permanent Ally of the Republic. Once a nation is considered this to us, we are constitutionally bound to protect them from any threat. It is up to them to return the favor. The amendment also strictly forbids Korea to militarily involve themselves in any foreign conflict unless a Permanent Ally of the Republic is involved. With the recent behavior of the Americans, their allies, our former ally Indonesia, PTO, and the UN, Korea must abide to its own set of restrictions to halt the continuation of what is deemed in Korea to be "world-wide denial." Korea hereby drops all embargoes. Korea withdraws all declarations of war. Korea withdraws all nations currently on the list of Enemies of the Republic because the two that are currently on that list no longer fit the guidelines to be an Enemy of the Republic according to the new amendment. Korea also apologizes to the following nations for causing such ruckus, debate, and slander: Turkey Japan Vietnam Australia UK Russia Philippines Indonesia PNG Kalahari And varying other APC, METO, and PTO nations. **Classified** The Korean fleet in the South China Sea stays put near Haikou. Forces in Korea herself are still on high alert until her closest threat, Japan, calms down and stops monitoring the fleet near Haikou. |
