New safety standards are being put into effect. ZERO lead is allowed in childrens toys, and anything that is intended to be used in the mouth of a customer. The ZX40 upgrades are announced. - System is now 72-volt, instead of 48 volt, giving it a faster acceleration, speed, and longer range. - Several more battery cells are put into it, increasing range.(also kinda increases fire hazard) - Radio, Air conditioning, Carpetting, cupholders removed - The dashboard is being molded into one plastic piece, which means the glovebox is removed - Airbags are removed - There will only be a Speedometer, Charge meter, and small odometer behind the steering wheel. - Top Speed : 44 MPH - Range : 100 miles - MSRP: 10,000 USD - Charge time - 6 Hours ![]() OOC: To stop the bitching, this is a car I already produce, i just added some batteries to make it go further, took out some useless shit to make it less expensive, and overall the safety isnt great, but hey, it's china, and people need cars to get around with. |

The $18 billion a year tax credit to the oil companies has been rescinded. They can afford to pay $1.8 billion a year more in taxes with the price of gas continuing to rise versus level out or fall as was the purpose behind the tax credit. This law also raises an additional $3 billion by altering the treatment of foreign tax credits for oil companies. It also closes the "Hummer" loophole that gives tax breaks on sports-utility vehicles bought for business purposes. The money will instead be used to help fund clean energy. This bill will extend the production tax credit, now 2 cents a kilowatt hour, for wind for three years; after 2009, tax credits would not be able to exceed 35 percent of the value of a wind project. The 30 percent investment tax credit for solar projects will be extended eight years for commercial customers and six years for residential customers. The current maximum credit for homeowners would be doubled to $4,000. The legislation will also channel $2 billion into clean renewable energy bonds, which will help finance renewable energy investments by the country's politically powerful rural electric cooperatives. The bill will also expand tax credits for the installation of pumps for motor fuel with 85 percent ethanol and for purchases of plug-in hybrid vehicles. Overall this bill will help create an America less dependent on fossil fuels instead of renewable sources. |

OOC: First, I dont give a shit about the cost of Gas. Its all going to dry up in a few years anyways. Second, your a fucking TARD. You overstated the Cost by between 1.5 and 3 Times. It costs between 5,000, and 10,000 to Convert a Car to Electric. http://auto.howstuffworks.com/fuel-efficie...ectric-car7.htm Yea, lets look at what is made in Italy at this moment. Hrm, the Maranello, not a GREAT Vehicle, but surely gets the job done for the average pedestrian, and city person http://www.maranello4cycle.com/en/home/ Costs less than 10 Grand, easily rechargable. Hrm, lets look at the Piaggio Porter Electric, cost is around 16,495. Now, thats only 6,000 that the loan itself will not cover. Hrm, didn't I say Trade ins? So a Average car will atleast trade in for around 6,500+, I dont see the Cost being a problem. There are so many solutions to your attempted claim that this will ruin my economy, when infact it will greatly reduce it. honestly? You want to go on about costs? Aren't you the one who ORDER 1,500 MORE TANKS. What have I done? I made a few billion dollars to put forward towards this Project by selling my Military. Good luck finding those Illegal Imports? Well first of all they have to come from somewhere, I can simply tax each FUCKING CONTAINER on the CONTAINER SHIPS by the Pound. Yea Doch, I will be spending more on employing these people, but I will also be making more as they will be put to work doing things that need to be done. Construction, Manufacturing, or Farming. All three of which bring in income. So nigga please, why don't you take your half-assed attempts at being smart and shove them right up your ass. |

Hyundai Motor Company and Kia Motors has begun work on a new line of hybrid and electric cars. The first car, as expected, to be built as this is the Avante line. However, Hyundai is looking for another region to manufacture cars in as a means to lower prices. |

We would actually like this: Kia Motors factory in Vladivostok. Hyundai Motors factory in Palermo. Would this be acceptable to you two? |

*20% of the area has been flattened. *Terrain reinforcement development is about 45% complete. *Port authority building is 14% complete. *Sea walls are 23% complete. *The mountains of the island will be used for a portion of the win mills. There will be an oceanic wind farm as well. *Hyundai and Samsung have agreed to evenly split the usage of the shipyards and other facilities on the territory. Such a rare thing between the competitors was mandated by the government. |

The GDSF will operate much like the United States National Guard. They will be citizen soldiers who will meet, drill, and train every Sunday. The Government has also announced a Immigration and Child Incentive Program.
The Factories and shipyards being built will be small scale capable of making Greenland Self-Sufficient. |

ooc: for one, you forgot labor costs, so it may not cost 15k+ but labor will be up there. not to mention the cost of disposing of all those parts that are now left over especially since most cannot be disposed of in a regular landfill. And since you are attempting to get everything electric, no junk yard or salvage yard would want it as they would lose money buying it. second, i did not order new tanks. i am modifying current tanks so please lrn2rd. third, you don't care about the cost of gas means nothing. fact is, you have just doubled the cost of gas, doubled the cost of heating, doubled the cost for most businesses to do business. doubled the cost of alot since gas is used in fueling everything. or did you fail to realize how much we use oil in everyday life? just like your people are not getting 23%-43% of their paychecks back but only 5% at most. unless you truly want to bankrupt your nation since your income tax is part of what funds your budget. you get rid of that, and you are definitely deficit spending by a lot. |
