Oceania awaits the Maltese Economic collapse. True Communism may be more plausible in a small state such as Malta, but we doubt it will succeed. |

Projected private investments: Investments (140B$ value over 2 years) into the construction of (private ownership) PO factories in parts of the country where high unemployment exists, construction has started. The factories production will be decided upon the needs of the economy, virtually the free market will make the decision. Government News: The Saudi government has recently voted to restructure its centrally planned economy, and allow private enterprises to operate with in Saudi Arabia without the ideal of a socialistic regulation system. With this into effect, 58% of Saudi Arabia's land is now open to foreign, and domestic investments. The government requires 51% local citizen ownership in all businesses operating in the country as part of its attempt to place Arabs into corporate leadership positions. Government investments: *Overhalling all public schools. *Investment in to all government owned structures, powering most structures, and infrastructure installations with solar panels. *Investment into Saudi Arabia's infrastructure. *Improve military installations. (ooc: To tired to finish, or think of anything else at this moment, will finish it tomm. ) |

India had over 80,000 villages unconnected to the national power grid in 2004. Of those 18,000 are projected to be impossible to connect to the current grid. A project was begun to establish local solar powered grids for those villages, and by 2004 more than 2,700 of those villages had been electrified by SPV systems. A target of 5,000 villages every 5 years was set, with the first set to be completed by 2007, we are glad to announce the project is on track and the entirety of the 18,000 villages should be powered by early 2017. The 35,000 square kilometer sector of the Thar Desert set aside for the development and implementation of solar power systems will finally be put into use. A net power generation goal of 200 gigawatts is currently set for the project. The project will be constructed in 2 gigawatt segment with a sector beginning every month. Each sector will take one year to finish. This will allow for a steady increase in production and allow expertise to be gained inititally, allowing for improvements as time goes on. Sector 1 - COMPLETE Sector 2 - 1 months Sector 3 - 2 months Sector 4 - 3 months Sector 5 - 4 months Sector 6 - 5 months Sector 7 - 6 months Sector 8 - 7 months Sector 9 - 8 months Sector 10 - 9 months |

As world populations rise and the possibility of food shortages becomes all too rare the government of India is offering 1,000 INR tax credits to farmers. Expansion of agriculture is a long, and short term goal of the Republic. OOC: It's like 20 USD, about 2% of the GDP per capita. |
