Italy will begin the conversion of her Ground Vehicle Factories to produce Civilian Goods. However, Foreigners have a grace period of Two Years which to order Ground Based Equipment. Italy will also begin to sell off some of her active Equipment, should anyone wish to Order some they can. Italy will begin researching Electric Drive Systems for her Military Equipment for Conversion Packages, the Budget for this project is 2 Million a Year(Reasonable Budget). As part of the New Environmental Craze, the Freedom Ship, or Cityship Project has also been started by "Pax Romanica Hardware Solutions" a New Industrial Firm within Italy. Private Investors are welcomed, however they must realize that the Ship itself will be part of the Italian Nation, and used for Humanitarian Missions if needed, and will have a Military Element to protect itself from Would Be Pirates. **Classified** Due to the Immense Costs of training New Pilots, or Designing New Aircraft, Italy will begin work on a UCAV instead of a New Manned Fighter. The UCAV will also have to be written off as a Half Civilian, Half Military Jobs. Due to this, most Italian Defense, Communications, and Computer Companies have been merged to Pax Romanica Hardware Solutions. Pax Romanica has the following missions and is to sustain itself half on its own income, and half on Government Funding. It is asked to develop the following * Three Dimensional Storage Devices( http://www.holodisk.net/ or http://www.joystiq.com/2005/11/26/blu-ray-...raphic-storage/ ) * Quantum Processing Systems * Computer Programs that can adapt to a job given to them. * Composite Materials capable of being cheaper, and stronger than previous Materials. * Cleaner Jet Engines * Work into Ramjet Technology Another Project, meant to co-incide with Freedom Ship is the true purpose of the Vessel. It will have to be able to house 12,000 People, and defend itself from External Threats. The Ship MUST be able to project itself, and if needed preform Rescue Operations. |

Economy Canada is a world leader in the production of many natural resources such as gold, nickel, uranium, diamonds and lead. Several of Canada's largest companies are based in natural resource industries, such as EnCana, Cameco, Goldcorp, and Barrick Gold. The country also holds many mineral deposits of coal, copper, and iron ore. The vast majority of these products are exported, mainly to the United States. In the west (particularly in British Columbia) the forestry industry is of great importance, paper, wood pulp, and timber are greatly produced. While in the Eastern provinces a large deal of the trade comes from the fishing industry. Another large and growing market in Canada is the petroleum industry. Recent studies indicate that 2/3rds of the worlds petroleum resources may be in the form of oil sands. And at least 1.7 trillion barrels are located in the Canadian Athabasca Oil Sands. As of 2007, Canada has become the largest supplier of oil and refined products to the United States, ahead of Saudi Arabia and Mexico. But some say the market has room for even more growth if access to these sites could be facilitated. The Canadian North holds several natural resources, many of which have as of yet gone untapped due to the inability of access. There have been many attempts at establishing an infrastructure between the south and north of the country, but so far these have all consisted of conventional trucks and roads. A recent and unconventional approach that some say could be far more economic is the use of hybrid airships to perform transportation between the great North and the southern more populated regions of Canada. ((Here I redirect peoples attention once more to my Dynalifter Article.)) Agriculture is also a strong market for Canada, receiving 7 billion dollars annually, which helps to make Canada one of the leading supplier of agricultural products. |

The Federated States ask that rock and earth not be landfilled. Anything Samsung and Hyundai do not want can be given to the States and we will use it in other projects of our own be it to fill in potholes in roads, reclaim some land, bring in soil for crops, or what have you. We need to recycle the island's resources rather then waste them. |

The gravel and rock we dig up will be put into landfills on the island. It is for construction. But we will give you what you need. |

Landfills for future use or to just sit there? We are just trying to ensure the island's resources are not wasted as it does not have unlimited. |

None will be wasted, rest assured. It is being used to fill large areas of depressions in the ground. We have to make the ground as level as possible. |
