Oceanian natural gas has begun to yield output in the Spratly Islands. Pacific Fuels continues to expand their mining ventures to make up for lost funds mining conventional crude oil despite major gains made from farming algae for algal oil.

In order to pay off governmental debts, it was deemed the Bank of Oceania would be able to replace the funds much faster and in doing so, allow the government to continue development projects for the country. Thus, The Bank of Oceania has absorbed $12.5 Billion in federal debts and is on a plan to repay it only using profits as to not hurt bank operations. (The debt was to the Bank anyway.)

Oceania awaits the Maltese Economic collapse.  True Communism may be more plausible in a small state such as Malta, but we doubt it will succeed.

Agreed, Communism never worked where ever its been.

Cuba has yet to collapse... China has yet to collapse.

Both are showing signs of collapse, also North Korea is also included.

Dragon Works' new headquarters and shop facility is currently near 25% complete. Personnel have been hired, and are assisting in the renovation process, with some going to OGMA to assist in the refurbishing work, as well as to get experience in working in one of their expected fields.

Shop renovation is at 45%, and some work may now be done inside of the shop. One Sud Aviation Alouette III SA 319, and one Aérospatiale Epsilon TB-30 have been brought to the Dragon Works facility, and are currently being inspected thoroughly.

The 2,700 recruits are currently 3 months away from graduation from basic training, as well as firefighting training or other specialization training.

OOC: I'm going to guess that the others arrived just the other ppl haven't posted...

IC: President Gul gets up to the temporary stage infront of the brand new aircraft carrier.

"Citizens of Turkey, honored allies, friends, today is a glorious day for the Republic and the Turkish Navy. Today, we celebrate the commission of the first super carrier built by Turkey into the Turkish Navy. The plans to this mighty vessel were donated to us by the United States and we are ever thankful for it. We are thankful to the US for numerous reasons regarding our military and making us a safer and more powerful country. And now, ladies and gentlemen, the moment you have all come to watch. As the President of Turkey and the Commander of the Turkish Armed Forces, I commission this aircraft carrier into the Turkish Navy as TCG Türkiye (TCVN-1)."

*Large Round of applause*

"Thank you for attending ladies and gentlemen. A reception party will be held in the Istanbul Grand Hotel and the party will go on all night long if people stay that long. Thank you."

The President proceeds into his limo and armed convoy and proceeds to the hotel for the party.

Beautification project- 2 months remaining.

In the middle of the country the beautification project has been delayed while fixing the damage from the massive storms and tornadoes.

The beautification project has been completed in every major city in the US.

The Principality of Chad - With over 80% of the Population below the Poverty Line, Medical Mechanica, and other Large Government Owned Corporations begin to move into the Area for part of an Economic Growth Project. Major Projects are mainly in improving the Infrastructure, and Quality of Living in the Area. An Entire Paved Road network will begin construction, Small Contracting Companies are expected to spring up, as the Government will issue Contracts for Roads, Water Systems, New Buildings, Electrical Plants, Commercial Structures, and Industrial Plants. This is also expected to help create a Booming Services Industry as the need to service the Workers with Cash in their Pockets will also arise.

Pacific Telecom having completed all her contracts in the DRoC would be willing to extend her systems into Chad and any other countries as long as they continue to be paid. Phones, internet, communications, television, cellular towers...

OOC: I believe you mean MWh, because if you mean MW, you are building 4 X 2,800 MW farms in N dakota alone, and the worlds largest windfarm is 735 MW
