Shop renovation stands at 65%. With this, work being done thus far can be performed within the structure, instead of out on the tarmac as it has been for the past month. Dragon Works has started to venture into its privately owned nature, as some executives and managers are beginning to take their role, and begin acting as a company. A new subsidiary, Serpentine Works, has finally officially been formed, after a month of initial planning. A small shipyard facility has been acquired after it went out of business, and currently Serpentine Works is moving into their new location. Some renovations are being made, as some equipment and parts of the structures are slightly in disrepair. Work on this will be complete in two months. |

Out of Retirement, Looking for New Life Defense papers indicates a reinstatement of the following retired vehicles: 12 PT-76 162 T-72 74 T-55 43 T-54 195 BMP-1 24 BM-21 Grad Not much else is known, however they are currently undergoing checks to see how many will still operate efficiently and among those which can be restored. The process should take around two months, and an update should be available then. |

Croatian Parliament today announced that Croatia is completely dropping the Bologna declaration and is immediately redesigning the Croatian education system to reach the new Hrvatski nacionalni obrazovni standard. Under section 65 of the Croatian constitution, it was amended to describe the Hrvatski nacionalni obrazovni standard. * Preschool and kindergarten are compulsory. * Home schooling is banned. * 1st through 12th grade is compulsory and failure to attend consecutively results in three years of military schooling. * All companies under any industry except agriculture, must demand at least a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts, be in college, or be in secondary schooling, depending on employer's jurisdiction. * Preschool to 12th grade compulsory English subject. * 5th to 12th grade compulsory secondary language of choice in addition to English. * 5th to 12th grade compulsory physical education including military-style training in 11th and 12th. * 9th to 12th grade Dao sword training and Hung Gar training compulsory. * Government aid to all students seeking higher education. * Higher education (college and such) is compulsory unless going into the military for five years. * Higher education must adopt English, secondary foreign language, Dao sword training, Hung Gar training, and light military-style training as compulsory. * The Odbor za Obrazovanje i Kulturu will oversee all education systems and cultural preservation. The Odbor za Obrazovanje i Kulturu will also contain sect of Civilna Policija or 'Civil Police' of which will be responsible for protecting all schools, except private schools. They will also be the ones to detain insubordinate students, and those who are tardy too often and/or truant. They also will be responsible for protecting the culture of Croatia. The Civilna Policija will be under military jurisdiction. * Truant is now defined as exceeding 10 unexcused absences from school, exceeding 25 unexcused tardies, or exceeding 5 or more unexcused absences from school and 10 or more unexcused tardies. * Tardiness is under teacher-student jurisdiction. Along with the amendments, a clause was created that allows parliament to freely edit the amendments, add a new one, or take one away. Taking one away requires verification from the president. Parliament also passed legislation to increase education funding to 15% of GDP. |

The plan continues in the Congo as according to the previous administration, nearly 15 million people have been put to work, drafted, or entered into the system in some form. Mines are being reopened with the cessation of hostilities from the rebels as their pockets have been vicously stomped out by the Congolese Army. With Singapore no longer prospecting, Kinshasa has devoted much of her efforts to getting resources in the East of the country tapped. Mines are finally under normal operation after twenty years of civil war hindering progress. The pay of workers has been raised to $0.55 and shall hopefully improve as the economy picks up. |
