The USoA has put out a call for 2 Million Volunteers to Join a New Wing of the Government, it has health care, pay, and fine benefits. Military Personnel are also offered a Chance in this, as their service is also about to end. Meanwhile, Medical Mechanica has begun work on a full set of new Small Arms, Including Assault Rifles, Pistols, Machine Guns, Anti-Tank Guns, Sniper Rifles, Sub-Machine Guns, and CQB Weaponry. Ontop of that, there is work on New Uniforms, and Technical Equipment including Helmets, and KEVLAR Armor. This Armor must be light, power, and fear inspiring. New Tank Designs, APC Designs, Helicopters, and Transport Vehicles are also in the works.(This will be continued in Tech thread). The Government has begun a New Program, setting aside territories within Chad, South Africa, and Libya's Reclaimed Desert. |

Work begins on fixing and repairing the schools and on negotiating prices for more textbooks, chairs/desks, and other school supplies. Work on repairing the roads and highways is begun. Work on building 3 windfarms that will produce 1000 MW of electricity total is begun. A minimum wage increase package is prepared. Hue is chosen as the port city that will be modernized and expanded. The shipyards in Hue will also be modernized and expanded. The regional airport in Vinh is chosen to modernize and expand into an international airport. All factories in Vietnam will receive a share of this money to modernize as much as possible. Major hospitals in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, and Da Nang will receive new equipment as needed. Older equipment will be sent to other hospitals. The wings that truly need renovation will get them as well. |

The Dokdo build-up is 95% complete. The Synchrotron is 25 months from completion. 355 new primary education facilities have been opened across the north. 310 new secondary education facilities have been opened across the north. 205 new colleges, and 20 universities have opened across the north. All schools will adopt all previous S. Korean educational standards. All schools in Korea have received updated science, history, and political textbooks. President Young-ghil announced an increase in educational expenditures, raising it to 9% of GDP allotting the growth and upkeep of the Korean education systems. 664 hospitals/clinics have opened across the north bringing the northern health status up to par with former S. Korean standards. Welfare, and health care expenditures have risen by 52% since the union of the peninsula. Bank of Korea has announced that the Korean won has slightly risen in value. Previous exchange to the USD was: $1 = ₩1279.6; today it is $1 = ₩1153. |

750,000 Soldiers have Volunteered, with only 250,000 Civilians volunteering to join the Program. They have each been told to prepare for long training, as for the next few months they will begin harsh training to bring their bodies up to par. |
