OOC: I never said you couldn't build them I just said it's not at a point yet where it's affordable to the general public right now only the rich could afford it like I said before they were working prototypes in in 2005 but they costed 1 million each to produce my only suggestion is put more time into researching the hybrid technology to make it more viable http://www.wheels.ca/Trends/article/34517 Dec 01, 2007 $250,000 was the price quoted in this article a little over a year ago the article also claims that fuels cells are not fuel efficient and actually cost more then gasoline |

Pilots are getting trained on the new US planes in our arsenal. The plane avionics are getting converted to chinese, and pilots are getting accustomed to the control differences and similarities. J-10 pilots are noticing amazing similarities the J-10 and F-16 have in handling and control

The Federated States of Micronesia Army, Air Force, and Navy has been created with donated weapons from the British military. British officers will train these men who will resume their normal civlian jobs during the week. The $500 million received from the United Kingdom will be placed in a high interest fund that will have its interest used to fund the States' military operations. Equipment will be in port or storage most of the time to ensure maintenance costs and operating costs remain low and managable for the small economy of Micronesia. All soldiers are volunteers. The Air Force will operate out of the RAF base and the Navy out of the ports near Weno. |

Legislation is being set forth to allow the Federated States to operate as a financial stronghold like the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, and other banking island chains. We hope to create a base for this type of activity to foster our growth and improve our importance to the world. |

OOC: Considering all deals were made in the same month and construction began relatively the same time, I'm going to assume they will be finished around the same time. Which is mid-2010. |

The RAF base is planned to be constructed in Nett, on the island of Pohnpei, the Federated States of Micronesia. The base, now called RAF Nett, will be the base of the newly created Micronesia Flight RAF 1 and Micronesia RAF 2 (both operating 5 BAE Hawk). These two groups are the only flights in the entire Royal Air Force that don't use the regular ID format. In addition to 10 BAE Hawks, a battalion of 750 troops will also be stationed at the airbase along with 50 Warrior IFVs and 250 Land Rover Wolf. The RFA Largs Bay, RFA Lyme Bay, and HMS Bulwark are en route with materials, vehicles, and personel aboard. The HMS Cornwall, HMS Cumberland, HMS Iron Duke, and HMS Daring will escort the 3 ships to Micronesia. The RFA Wave Knight and RFA Fort Victoria will accompany the fleet to Micronesia. |
