OOC: You just gave your citizens 450 Billion Euros.

IC: Denmark has contacted Spain. We have a few proposals to help your nation's build up. First, Denmark has a similar program for private citizens to produce power, however we have gone for the wind approach. We would like to offer Vestas's services to you as the leading producer of wind turbines.

The system works that every citizen and business in Denmark must produce a certain amount of electricity via a wind turbine. Those who fail to do so are levied a huge tax. Obviously turbines are expensive if they are larger so 'timeshares' in essence can be pooled with others to buy percentages of turbines and their power. Corporations can do the same or smaller communities even can all buy just one and split the cost. We think this is an excellent thing for your program.

Second, we offer Volvo and Saab's services in helping you get those 2 million electric or hybrid vehicles on the road by 2013. To further aidng your traffic systems we offer to install a specialized electronic tolling system from Stockholm that will regulate where your traffic flows especially during peak hours, releive alot of congestion, bring in a steady toll income across the nation, save fuel through less cars and less traffic and no idling in toll lines or in bumper to bumper traffic, and saving on road maintenance.

We hope we can have a fruitful business relationship.

We can do some business if your looking for funds...

Can you sell us plans to an aircraft carrier, a ballistic missile submarine, and the systems and plans to any aircraft you have. We will pay heavily. We also think an MDP should be drawn up and will not include the current conflcit with Poland as its being fought.

ooc: I don't mind, the over all procedure will help them, and the government at the same time. The money will be used to pay for all sorts of things, such as food, buying home commodities, and or paying bills. I may have inherit some sort of debt, but it has strings attached to it, and 51% of the money must be paid back.

End result, local economies will be boosted, more people brought of out poverty, and through some sort of sales tax, 25% of 450 000 000 000 = 112 500 000 000$, and other amount of debt will be paid with the Mali gold in which, production was increased, and 45% of the debt will be paid back by the locals in two years, and the rest the government will keep.

ic:

We are energy independent, our goals are to use energy with in the country to a more efficient, by this i mean, solar power, and wind power in our second package, which the government will unravel in two years. We are also a big producer of wind turbines, and solar technology. We will look into purchasing wind turbines from your country in the future. But for now, we are set. Thanks for the offer.

(OOC: Specifics will be provided later, am off to work, see yah around 4pm central.)

The US no longer has any Thresher/Permit class submarines. We would be willing to build new ones for $300 million apiece.

I'll take it. Money is being wired. How long should this take?

MOD: The destroyer is denied. No actual research was done. Your shipyards are not capable of producing warships of this size. You can produce patrol boats but nothing bigger. and you realize that this destroyer is twice the length of a British Type 45?

Czech is receiving nothing as that is denied since you are currently incapable of producing any warship larger than a patrol boat.

OOC: Your wrong. Malta is more than capable of makeing ships this size. We could even make the ships from old ocean liners that we have plenty of. We could give them a makeover.

Our offer was in place of using solar. Solar panels only work half the day if you want to talk about efficiency. Our offer still stands as well as the automotive offer.

FENN Report
Start of Economic Reform

Farbanti, Erusea

As promised by President Destiny Rodriguez a month ago, economic reform has indeed started in Erusea. From what we know thus far, the brunt of the work seems to have been put into improving the Bolivian and Uruguayan states, exactly as promised.

In the press conference announcement by JFO Kya Rodriguez, the following highlights were noted;

  • CEMT will be modernizing its current facilities in Argentina and Chile, and will begin construction of three new production facilities in Bolivia, and two new production facilities in Uruguay. These facilities will be completed in 10 months. (This has been confirmed by FENN, as groundbreaking activities have already been performed.)
  • All of the seperated banking systems in the Erusean Federation will be merged into a Federal Central Erusean Bank. Work will immediately begin on collecting on loans in Bolivia, as well as improving the banking system in Bolivia.
  • Work is currently starting on legalizing the production and selling of cocaine and other illegal drugs. The Erusean Police, as well as Federal Erusean Armed Forces are cooperating in a joint effort to identify fields, and bring the farmers in for legalization procedures. This move is predicted to be unpopular with Western and European countries, however in response, JFO Rodriguez has stated that it will allow the Erusean Federation to "More easily control the flow of contraband between our nation and international buyers", and as a result most countries should not be worried.
  • Engineers will begin surveying Bolivia, to see where new renewable energy sources may be installed and used. Agricultural surveying is also in progress, as it is now expected that modernization of equipment will be more possible.
That is all that we know as of yet, and further will be reported as we find this information out.

Malta's energy is 100% oil and it is hurting the atmosphere. So the order has been given to start makeing wind turbines and then blow up the oil plants after the wind turbines are made.
