ooc; You got the whole idea wrong, let me re praise that for you. "The poor in which, that will receive the money, they wil spend the stimulus on their debt. Now if you guys know anything about debt, there is a National debt, and there is a Federal debt. The citizens will be paying on the national debt, of which is the debt of the citizens.. |

The Hydropower project is officially fully opened in Iceland. This allows the last of the fossil fuel sources of power on the island to be closed, further lowering emissions and consumption. The wind turbine program is also a heavy contributor to this feat and the Kingdom's oil consumption will receive a noticable dent. Traffic systems are reducing large quantities of fuel expended in urban regions as well. |

Education: Student and teacher ratios are to be 25 students per teacher. Teacher efficency is to greatly improve as well as the students ability to learn. Sool is to be held 8 hours a day for 6 days with a 30 minute lunch. School is to all year round with a week break every 3 months and/or religious reasons. School buildings are under going remodling to fit with the every growing needs of todays society. Schools will have AC. The Government will provide the students with transportation to school via buses and vans. No matter where about you live transportation ill be available. |

Oceania is producing Valour Class frigates but with a nearly $600 million proce tag we beleive it to be over your budget. We do have Gawron Class Corvettes under construction though. The Island Class has arrived in Malta. |
