Story: When the U.S.A. pulled out of Vietnam, many Vietnamese knew they would stand no chance and escaped into Cambodia. There they started new villages for the people who escaped. Both Vietnamese and Cambodians could be a part of these villages. After years of forming, the villages became towns. But they never forgot about the Vietcom. The children started training at age 7, training for the day to strike the Vietnamese. So they moved into Vietnam, in the jungles they made camps, being as Nomads through the jungles. They have murrdered any Vietnamese Soldiers they saw. Then they moved into Hochimin City to start the rebellion. First battle for Ho-Chi-Min City. The Vietnamese rebells waited for night to fall. When it did, they waited for a Vietnamese soldier to come in sight of their rifles. It happened 10 minutes later. It was a bloody battle for both sides. 10,000 rebbles against 5,000 soldiers. It ended out with the Vietnamese in full retreat. Vietnam Rebells: Killed: 2,142 Wounded: 954 Vietnamese Soldiers: Killed: 3,682 Wounded: 250 Surrendur: 600 The rebels took all weapons they could find. They mainly got AK-47's. |

OOC: I'd like to ask where the rebels got their weapons from, how they got to Ho Chi Min city undetected, and why the obviously superiority trained Vietnamese soldiers couldn't kill them. Home turf advantage + knowledge of urban warfare > numbers. |

10 of the 25 new factories have been completed. 50 out of the 100 old factories have been renovated. These have opened up many new jobs. The factories being opened are these: GM- 3 new (Ferrari, Fiat Professional, Porsche) and 20 renovated (6 GM, 4 Chrysler, 1 Lamborghini, 2 Porsche, 3 Fiat Professional, 4 Bugatti) Ford- 4 new (Audi, Bentley, Alfa-Romeo, Maserati) and 22 renovated (7 Ford, 3 Fiat Autombile, 2 Volkswagen Passenger Cars, 2 Volkswagen Marine, 2 Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, 4 Volkswagen, 2 BredaMenarinibus) Harley Davidson- 3 new (Yamaha, Kawasaki, Harley Davidson) and 8 renovated (3 Yamaha, 2 Kawasaki, 3 Harley Davidson) The American bailout plan has worked out better than hoped as the $15,000 to the bottom 50 million of America's labor force has allowed them to pay off $15,000 worth of debt, which has allowed all to begin paying other debts off easier and allowed most to open savings accounts and begin saving for the future. This has allowed many companies that were deep in debt due to having loans being defaulted on, to dig their way almost if not all the way out of debt and begin to make new profits. This is expected to mean new jobs will be made available shortly. The savings has also had a positive affect in that it has poured in new money to banks across America and has ensured that the US Government does not need to attempt to do a bailout of those companies. In the end, the $750 billion American bailout has been estimated to save the US government from having to spend almost $2 trillion in bailing out banks, mortgage companies, and other companies. |

OOC: Basically government militaries cant show up, but more private collectors can show up to place bids. So if you guys want to buy shit relatively anonymously, come here IC: An auction is being held in Beijing. Collectors from around the world are invited to Beijing to view what is for sale, and possibly make a purchase. Several items are going to be on sale, but only the sale of 50 Chengdu J-7 are formerly announced to the collectors. It should be noted the weapons are removed. Rumors of other aircraft being for sale and other ground equipment for sale are abound. Sale will happen in a few days time |

To let the North Koreans know that South Korea is not the bad guy in this, they have opened up "doors" on the Chinese-Korean border to allow North Koreans who wish to leave the country if they truly feel neglected and in danger from the South Korean government. Construction has begun in the southern districts of North Korea, and border fortifications are being torn down one by one. The US is asked to help in turning this once most heavily fortified border into a state it has not been in since before the Japanese occupation. The previous "tourist district" of North Korea has merged into the surrounding province of Kangwon and is going to be kept as preserved as much as possible while construction continues around it. It is planned to have the entire coastline of North Korea facing the Sea of Japan to be lined entirely by ports/docks/and shipyards. Most of the eastern areas of North Korea will become heavily industrialized, while the western will become agricultural and hold Korean heritage throughout the lands. Kaesong, the heavy industrial center of North Korea, will be merged into Gyeonggi. It will be part of the national capital region of Korea. The industries there, although somewhat destroyed from the war, will be converted to benefit Korea instead of just make weapons like it did before the war. Hyundai has bought out most of the property in the district, as has LG. Samsung is said to be investing on the eastern side. |
