Japan would like to purchase all information on the RAH-66, 1 of the prototypes, as well as production rights for the RAH-66. We believe taking 10 billion out of your debt would be fine, if not let us know. |

In a deal struck between the US and Philippines, the Philippines will forgive the $12.6 billion the US owes to the Philippines in return for the US forgiving $16.257 billion owed to the US. This will lower the Philippine held debt to $63 billion. |

ooc: you are basically doing the same thing Jac. you budget does not allow you to send around $300 billion to your banks to cover all the debt that you traded for military equipment.

ooc: to be honest, he was paying $16 billion in debt per year. (33% of his budget was to interest) this means he now only pays $787.5 million USD in interest which means he has $15.1125 billion left. for the first year he pays back the 12.6 billion and then can continue with regular payments to the US. |

With an savings of $92.5776 billion a year from no longer having to pay interest on debt paid back to China, Japan, and Philippines, the US begins to pay other foreign held debt. Canada- $10.9 billion paid Colombia- $11.4 billion paid Sweden- $12.7 billion paid Belgium- $14.5 billion paid Chile- $14.9 billion paid Netherlands- $16.1 billion paid Italy- $12 billion paid (still owe $4.5 billion) This is estimated to save the US another $12.4875 billion in interest payments for a total of $105.1427 billion. |

The students have confirmed the challenge, and are progressing in training very well. They were relegated to some of the reserve aircraft that weren't being used while the new trainers, as well as the newer/better Tweets were in the paintshop for a week.![]() The new paint scheme for the VF-1 Wolfpack aircraft, to be applied across all of the planes excluding the transport craft. These new paint schemes cost approximately $200-400k overall, and all planes have been through the painting process. Additionally, the new trainer craft have been recieved from China, and now more Tweets are available for military training, as well as dedicated jet training. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WDC has also announced the opening of 6 more instructor positions, as well as 8 ground crew positions. It is expected, by the current application rate, that we will be able to choose people for all of these positions within two months. |

In 2012 these nations will be paid: Brazil- $27.3 billion paid Oil Exporters- $181.7 billion paid Caribbean Banking Centers- $189.1 billion paid China- $360.775 billion paid Japan- $646 billion paid All others- $21.5 billion paid (still owe $135.2) This will save the US $192.561 billion bringing the new amount to $446.5575 billion.
