Japan would like to purchase all information on the RAH-66, 1 of the prototypes, as well as production rights for the RAH-66. We believe taking 10 billion out of your debt would be fine, if not let us know.

In a deal struck between the US and Philippines, the Philippines will forgive the $12.6 billion the US owes to the Philippines in return for the US forgiving $16.257 billion owed to the US.

This will lower the Philippine held debt to $63 billion.

- License to use and produce the AN/APG-77 AESA radar system for use in our Jet

- License to use the Raytheon CIP in our avionics system

- License to use the IEEE-1394B data bus in our system for easier integration with the aforementioned equipment, as well as other western equipment already in use

- License to produce the RAM used on the F-22, for our own stealth fighter

Shenyang and Chengdu are putting in bids for who gets to produce these items. It is believed Shenyang will manufacture the RAM, as they are the ones who will build the J-XX

ooc: to be honest, he was paying $16 billion in debt per year. (33% of his budget was to interest) this means he now only pays $787.5 million USD in interest which means he has $15.1125 billion left. for the first year he pays back the 12.6 billion and then can continue with regular payments to the US.

The students have confirmed the challenge, and are progressing in training very well. They were relegated to some of the reserve aircraft that weren't being used while the new trainers, as well as the newer/better Tweets were in the paintshop for a week.

The new paint scheme for the VF-1 Wolfpack aircraft, to be applied across all of the planes excluding the transport craft.

These new paint schemes cost approximately $200-400k overall, and all planes have been through the painting process. Additionally, the new trainer craft have been recieved from China, and now more Tweets are available for military training, as well as dedicated jet training.

WDC has also announced the opening of 6 more instructor positions, as well as 8 ground crew positions. It is expected, by the current application rate, that we will be able to choose people for all of these positions within two months.
