An additional 22,500 cars have been sold. It is estimated that the number of hydrogen fuel cell cars will decline for around 6 months or so until more hydrogen fuel stations are built or renovated. |

This bill has exceeded expectations in the amount of income received. The US bought $25 billion worth of marijuana from police agencies and federal agencies, expecting the amount of businesses to be 10,000 but instead 40,000 businesses applied for grants and loans and were accepted. This caused the US government to have to buy an additional $75 billion worth of marijuana. The US government was able to turn around and sell the marijuana for $200 billion, reaping in a $100 billion profit. Thus far, over $1.5 billion in taxes has also been made. The taxes will be put towards helping fix the budget deficit, while the $100 billion will be put towards paying off external debts. |

15 of the remaining 15 new factories have been completed. 50 out of the remaining 50 old factories have been renovated. These have opened up many new jobs. The factories being opened are these: GM- 5 new (Ferrari,2 Fiat Professional, 2 Porsche) and 20 renovated (6 GM, 4 Chrysler, 1 Lamborghini, 2 Porsche, 3 Fiat Professional, 4 Bugatti) Ford- 5 new (2 Audi, Bentley, Alfa-Romeo, Maserati) and 22 renovated (7 Ford, 3 Fiat Autombile, 2 Volkswagen Passenger Cars, 2 Volkswagen Marine, 2 Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, 4 Volkswagen, 2 BredaMenarinibus) Harley Davidson- 5 new (2 Yamaha, Kawasaki, 2 Harley Davidson) and 8 renovated (3 Yamaha, 2 Kawasaki, 3 Harley Davidson) The affects of the American bailout plan are still being felt as banks are able to once again give out loans and lower interest rates to people for homes, businesses, and vehicles. This has increased the sales of those markets. Debt repayment loans have also increased and has helped many lower the amount they pay per month towards debt. With new businesses and increases in old, prices have begun to drop as has unemployment. |

The US flat out states that any attack on Gambia will be seen as a direct aggression on the United States. Ghi Tfig will stand down immediately or be destroyed. The Third Fleet that was headed to South Africa is rerouted to Gambia and Senegal. |

China has finished specifications and designs to it's long awaited carrier project, which has benefited from the acquisition of numerous plans, and many ships themselves. The carrier program has been underway for decades, and the completion is a milestone. The importance of this program isnt looked down on, and that is why several shipyards will cease construction of one or more massive tankers, and instead take up production of these ships, if any civilian shipbuilding has to be cancelled, then it will be done, and the contracts repayed. Original plans called for up to 90 planes to be carried, however concessions were made when it came to add SAM and anti ship weapons on to the ship. 6 have been ordered, laid down immediately
