OOC: Just to assure that you did your math right, on the map dots represent subterranean tracks. IC: Korea will assist Japan in building the above ground portions in Japan. Construction of the South Route is nearing completion, and the subway portion of the route under Busan is still being carried out. Korea is willing to pay for half of the total price of the tunnel and provide 75% of the workforce. |

China can supply drilling equipment, or spare parts to your own equipment. |

SAR Hamgyong has set up a new tax system. Each citizen will be charged a flat tax of 15% on income, however state run healthcare, and other welfare programs will be cut down in size. The business application process is simplified. A person wishing to start a business needs only to fill out a one sheet paper describing the business, filling out contact info, personal info, and providing a fee, and they will be given a license to start that business. It is already being noticed that more people are out during the day, spending money that they have for once, and genuinely enjoying life. Cell phones and other electronics are still not even remotely common, however it isnt a shock to see a citizen using such devices, as it once was. The shipyards of Hamgyong have been given small orders, so that they can get people into jobs. The shipyards have previously been inactive, but now have orders to produce an order of 20 Type 037-IG class missile boats. The boats are not complicated, and are very small, allowing them to be pumped out easily. |

Although we are sure we could provide our own tools, we believe the help would only make things faster and more efficient. We accept and appreciate any help from China. |

OOC: Just to clarify, North Korea doesn't exist anymore and it is now part of Korea. And I have yet given you permission to set up anything in Korea. ![]() IC: LG's new stores have finally opened to the public, selling top-of-the-line cellular technology, TVs, cameras, and other accessories and electronics. The Trapalace Hotel and Casino has been partially built with the arcade building being the only completed section. The electronics, furniture, and other amenities are being moved in currently. |

ooc: there is a reason that i put the rest of Chinese held North Korea.... i did not know if SAR Hamgyong was a city or the whole territory. though, you did give me permission from the beginning remember. that was the one condition i asked for and you granted. this is really just a courtesy to both China and i will do the same to you but remember, you already granted me permission to establish US corporations throughout North Korea. http://z13.invisionfree.com/WW3RP/index.ph...dpost&p=1720676 http://z13.invisionfree.com/WW3RP/index.ph...dpost&p=1720700 |

We agree that a half and half split of the total cost of the new route should be done, however we believe that the number of Japanese working on the tunnel should be upped to 40% at the minimum considering our workers already have experience with an underwater tunnel. Please Refer to the Seikan tunnel in Northern Japan. |

The basic telescope design is underway. We have selected which lens we will use exactly, and the main components, but it is now all about designing the rest. |

The third elections of Namibia's short history is about to go underway, with Hifikepunye Pohamba defending his position of power against rivals old and new. In the last election, Pohamba led the Swapo party to a landslide 76% of votes and while his popularity has been dented he is still touted as 'almost definitely' able to hold his own Mr Pohambo's policies have always concentrated on poverty and almost transparent openness. His office invites criticism better than most of the rest of Africa. As a person he is warm, passionate and light-hearted, helping fuel his enormous popularity. The office has been hit recently, however by allegations that his party 'lacks direction' and the right wing of the party has attacked his 'socialist' policies. ![]() The only credible opposition Pohambe faces is Cane Zhivute. An ex-serviceman in the revolution army who took over the Congress of Democrats after Ben Ulenga's deteriorating health forced him to decline running for the 2010 presidency. Zhivute aims to build a true defence force for the nation and focus on encouraging business and Namibian enterprise. His natural charisma, coupled with his history of liberating Namibia from South Africa make him a real competitor for the Presidency.
