Current Status South Route is 78% complete, stations are already built, and the train design from Japan is being heavily looked over. (OOC: TL! Gimmie!) Seoul-Busan Route is 48% complete, the tunnel area has begun to be tunneled using equipment from China. Jeju Commuter Route has begun, tunneling is still being planned. A route between Seoul and Pyongyang is put on the table for consideration, but any extension into the northern part of the peninsula will not be done until reconstruction is complete therein. Tunneling begins on the Korean side for the Japanese-Korean connection tunnel. |
