With another month gone by, northern Korea is looking better with each step. A lot of old buildings have been leveled and the material scrapped and recycled for use in new buildings. Much of the new sewage systems are nearing completion, the old ones only needed some new infrastructure and an update. The two nuclear power plants have the external structure complete, but the actual generator and other amenities are yet to be installed.

Changang Military Province has been entirely occupied by the military, and any unauthorized civilians are prohibited to enter. Much of the northern peninsula is still occupied by the military due to safety concerns, but Changang will remain purely a military zone. Almost all of the province is under heavy construction.

A sewage plant beneath the territory is online and active. All garbage produced will be shipped off to an incinerator in Korea. Fresh water is provided by a desalinization plant in the upper part of the territory.

With employment opportunities soaring, many people from around the Pacific have begun coming to Weno to fill the huge demand for labor. Palikir has noted nearly 2,000 newcomers and its expected to reach 7,500 at the end of the year.

The MOAB prototype has been completed. The test took place two days ago. The MOAB was able to get a range of 300 miles, before it ran out of fuel for its engines, and shut them off, going into glide mode, for another 20 Miles. When the glide mode is initiated, the rear potato masher guide fins pop out, to guide the munition, now that the engines are off. This MOAB was a dummy, but the next test will be live fire

Nan Mandol and the States continue their remodeling process. With the aquisition of the Pitcairns, trawlers have begun exploiting her EEZ and some international waters around it. A quota for 200,000 tons of fish has been set for the massive zone.

Onshore, a plan for a dock to service the island is planned and a small airstrip. The island will receive two wind generators to replace their diesel ones and roads will be built so cars can be brought in. Once this is done a schoolhouse, medical clinic, and other services will be brought in and small scale manufacturing and fishing will employ the islanders and hopefully boost the population.

America decides that due to the increase in global cost of grain, that corn based ethanol is not a viable alternative fuel source. Algae based ethanol is the new alternative fuel source that America is investing in. Funding has ceased for corn based ethanol and instead been put into algae based ethanol.

The 85 million tons of corn set aside for ethanol research is instead to be sold to nations in need. The corn will be sold for $500 per ton.

OOC: http://www.technologyreview.com/energy/18138/

America plans on turning 51 million acres of cropland not in rotation (keeping around 80 million of cropland not in rotation still unused) and turning them into algae farms. The farmland will be selected from current farmland that farmers are unable to use to produce traditional crops. This will help not interrupt any harvests currently underway and will not disrupt the main livelihood of the farmers.

This is expected to also help offset more costs for farmers as well due to raising extra money from unused cropland.

As such, within 3 years after the algae production begins, a review will take place about turning the other 80 million unused cropland into algae farms as well as reviewing the subsidies to farmers based on the growth of income gathered from the algae production.

20 million of the 51 million acres has been turned into man-made lakes. Water once used for the ethanol corn is now being used to fill up the lakes.

The remaining 31 million acres will soon be turned into man-made lakes as well.

The lakes will be left stagnant to allow for optimum algae growth.

Plastic lining will be laid down in all the current lakes. 21 of the other 31 lakes are called off.

The time for the finishing of the lakes is now 4 months instead of two.

OOC: Orly? Maintenance costs alone would be alot >.>

IC: The Fish Farms have entered production, and begun to ship the eldest batches around South Africa, and Lybia. Instead of being sold for a Profit, they are sold at Production/Maitnence costs of the Facilities inside of South Africa to keep them affordable, and cheap for lower income families.

The Cellular Phone has finished, and is entering Production. It will be traded in for a regular Cellular Phone that will be scrapped afterward, and recycled. The New Cellular Unit, named "Selecao Model 1" has Basic Internet Search, access to the majority of search engines, and Java Applications. It however cannot play 128bitrate Video and Above, along with Audio. The Phone has also been slated for export, at 49 USD Per Unit. Medical Mechanica Asia has slated this for Sale in the Phillipines, Japan, and China, through if possible Local Companies, and Vendors.

Features of the Phone
* 32mb RAM
* 8mb VRAM(Video)
* 32gigabyte Built in Visual Memory(HD)
* WiFi Access through provider
* Bank and Credit Account Transferral System
* 3 Inches of radius for Cellular Credit Card Confirmation(Meaning at max it can be 3 inches from the reader)
* Limited GPS, and Planned Global GPS
* Secondary Mount for Motorcycles, and Mopeds

OOC: I kind of have a big question, well a few.
1. Medical Mechanica (as I checked Wiki) is a made up, high tech corporation in Japan from an anime movie/show. When did you start up a major corporation? And if you did, not enough time has passed to turn it into a massive conglomerate that you always seem to say that it is. I have no problem with someone creating a new company/conglomerate/etc., but it would take decades to get to the economic point that some of the real world conglomerates (like my Samsung) are at.

2. I don't care if you take real world ideas and make them come alive in the RP. But that product (the phone you are producing) looks highly advanced and very far from being produced. If you're going to use a product-to-be, please post a link to its real life counterpart so we can get a look at what your basing it off of.

3. I didn't see any development, research, prototypes tested, nothing. You just said you were going to work on this new kind of phone, and sometime later you just pop up with it. So until you do the actual development, research, test, and whatnot, this is invalid.
