A new method for ensuring payback of loans has been initiated by several banks. This method would be to hand out a larger loan than needed. The extra money will then be invested in a money market account with 90% of the monthly profit from interest rates being used to pay off the debt. The remaining 10% will be added to the money market account as a buffer. Once the loan is paid off, then the money in the money market account is the loanee's. This accomplishes three things. 1) ensures that all individuals are now capable of taking out loans. 2) ensures that the loan will be repaid without adding financial strain to the loanee. 3) gives an untouchable savings account that accrues monthly interest over a long period of time to the loanee to ensure future wealth. Thus far, 12,938 individuals have been approved for these new style loans. |

OOC: And so, based on the system that Rak sent me himself (I asked for how it was going to go down).. IC: United States Navy After a briefing and introduction to the aircraft, WDC graduates and USN pilots took to the skies in the F-5 Tigers, and the evaluation began when the two parties entered the operation airspace. ![]() Formation of F-5 Tiger IIs flown by the WDC graduates prior to the first engagement The opening engagement was quite surprising, as the graduate pilots managed to maintain a good fight with the aggressors, or at least performed better than expected. The graduates lost the battle (Unsurprisingly), however fought well against the aggressors, who said that the graduates fought well for their training time in a Tiger. USN Match: Literal Loss, Tactical Loss ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ United States Air Force After a cooldown period of two hours, another briefing was held with the USAF aggressors. With a slight change in conditions (Dusk flight), the planes took off again. ![]() T-38 Talon aircraft of the USAF, piloted by USAF aggressors against the WDC graduates. With a slightly different flight envelope due to the twin seater configuration, and slightly different performance overall, it took a little bit of time for the WDC graduates to become accustomed to the T-38s, however they eventually felt it out, and used their experience in the previous engagement in the new engagement. Despite the experience, this engagement did not fare too much better for the WDC graduates. Due to the twin seat configuration, situational awareness was increased, however the one additional aircraft, as well as the experience with the airframe in comparison to the graduates, enabled the USAF aggressors to pull a tactical victory out of the battle. USAF Match: Literal Tie (Both sides had a gunshot for an equal amount of time AT the same time), Tactical Loss ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ United States Marine Corps The next morning, WDC graduates fought the USMC's pilots in the F-5 Tiger IIs. ![]() WDC graduates taxi their F-5 Tiger IIs to the runway for takeoff This time it seemed that the fight was turned around. The USMC pilots were given training in the airframes by the USN aggressors the day before, however WDC graduates had more time behind the controls, and the fight went better than usual. USMC Match: Literal Victory, Tactical Tie |

The planes have been compared, and the results are favorable. We are happy with our J-XX performance, even though we put speed and G restrictions on the tests, so that we make sure the new technology does not fail, and we lose a large sum of development money that has gone into the airframe. The second airframe is having a slightly modified avionics set, that has a slightly different Fly-By-Wire setup, so we can compare the two different package's stability. |

Oceania Heavy Industries has begun to sell computers and computer hardware. Most of its equipment is simply ordered from providers and installed for a fee, but it is slowly working towards producing the equipment. It is doing the same for personal pleasure watercraft. It orders and imports them for customers and plans to in the future produce them themselves. They also have aquired sole rights to drill for oil in Fiji's territorial waters and also plan to reopen or open for the first time, gold and mineral mines in the Solomon Islands and Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. With the country's accessablility increasing and infrastructure now on solid ground, its beautiful beaches and lush tropical paradise hotels are stocked. Palikir reports over twice as many tourists as five years ago and money being spent in the country from tourism and related services numbers $1.5 Billion annually. |

The US wonders what is to be of their own oil companies that are now drilling offshore in Fiji? We had contracts. We will either be allowed to continue drilling or be compensated. |

The construction of 300 new hydrogen fuel stations have been completed across America. The renovations of 800 existing stations to support hydrogen fueling has also been completed across America. Another 8,947 cars have been sold. The US employs an additional 300,000 unemployed construction workers to help build or renovate the stations. ooc: 1200/1900 new stations completed 3200/4800 renovated stations completed |

With another cool off period of two weeks, and some pointers and tips from the aggressors, the graduates prepared for the last dogfight. Pre-flight went as usual, as well as takeoff. However, when the aggressors entered the operation airspace, they were quite surprised that the graduates were not formed up in their usual echelon formation, and were instead paired off in groups of two, with the remaining plane slicing through the aggressor's formation. The aggressors split formation to deal with this threat, and quickly the fight degenerated into a giant furball. With the majority of the focus put on taking down the Navy aggressors first, losses were kept low, and to the surprise of the aggressors, the graduates were able to pull through. Overall Match: Literal Win, Tactical Win |

The US pores over the data from the mock battles and decides that pilots from trained by WDC will be given priority ratings. Also, 3 of the WDC graduates are offered spots in Top Gun. |
