We will have a deal then, and personnel will be there shortly to inspect the airframes and prepare them for delivery to our base.

@ Honduras:
Pending approval by the government, we will allow Honduras pilots to train here.

Total cost overall will be $2.31 million. We will also be able to house the trainees as they go through the program.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Negotiations Complete
After some time behind closed doors with many local apartment providers, WDC directors have managed to negotiate a deal. In return for a yearly fee of $10,000, WDC trainees will be able to recieve a discounted rate.
Enrollment
Provided that the government allows the 14 Honduran trainees, WDC has allowed 10 of the 30 applicants to enroll in WDC courses.
C-141C Starlifter Acquisition
WDC sent maintenance personnel, as well as a crew of pilots to examine the two C-141C Starlifters acquired from the United States AMARC facility, which were moved from open-storage to the Davis-Monthan AFB flightline to await the WDC.
On the walkaround, our personnel noted cracks in the wings, as well as some wear on the engines, which worked fine, but were looking quite worn and used.
When queried about airworthiness, the personnel stated that they did not believe that the planes would make it to March ARB in their current state. The engines would surely make it, but the wings might not.
Nevertheless, the pilots and crew reserved some rooms in the local area, and the personnel called back home for additional personnel. In the next week, small cheap repairs would be made to the wings of the aircraft so that they would not be taking up space in Davis-Monthan's flightline.
