With the arrival of additional personnel from HQ, WDC personnel begin work on repairing the wings to an airworthy state. Mostly patch jobs are being made, and the work is expected to be done within the next week. The Cessna Citations that were used to ferry the personnel to the base have returned, and the personnel and pilots will return in the Starlifters.

After about two weeks work, the Starlifters were ready for travel, and the crews packed up and prepared to head back home.

The two planes left Davis-Monthan AFB, and returned back to a former home to the C-141, March ARB. The two aircraft landed at March a few hours later, and have been officially grounded on the flightline.

OOC: The mine was closed due to terror attacks, not because the owner is stubborn. The rebels attacked it because none of the profits went to help the island and workers were laid off large scale...I won't make those mistakes.

In 2011 all US companies were no longer in the red. All of them either broke even or made profits. This is expected to continue into the future with more companies once again making profits as all the debts have been paid off or are mostly paid off.

A 3 Billion Dollar Armament program will begin. The Program will do the following:

- Provide plenty of ammo to every soldier who needs it, so no soldier is
low in supply

- Completely modernise the infantry, providing QBZ-95s, QBB-95s to all
who need them, completely phasing out earlier AK syle assault weapons.

- Provide massive amounts of tank rounds to every tank crew who needs it, both for training and real combat. M1 Tank crews who before couldnt really do full range exercises, due to a limited supply of rounds, will now start all day range shoots, now that we have secured a license, and will begin manufacturing them in massive quantity

- Provide COMPASS handheld units to a wide variety of CO's, as well as NCOs

- Provide training rounds to all aircraft, for daily exercises on the ranges.

- Hand out thousands of Javelin missiles for training, so that every soldier knows how to use these in the time of crisis.
