The First 7 RSA-3's enter service, without their mobile launchers. These first 7 Missiles are labeled test vehicles as 200kg Warheads of High Explosives will be designed for them. Construction will begin on 16 Factories around the LSU in order to accommodate larger production. The First 7 Serial Production Units will be used to work out any kinks, and serve as a base for future models. |

OOC: this all occurred between the time that the world basically went to arms and the end of the war. IC: The factions were still in protest with violence being sporadic. At the announcement of the world basically declaring war against the US by threatening to attack Turkey and invade Cyprus to remove Turkish military after the US stated that any attempt will be seen as an attack on the US, the factions united and erupted in mass violence over this betrayal by many US allies as well as the world. Many of the factions still hate Turkey for putting the US in this position but are proud that the US refused to betray an ally and even stood up to the world. Fears skyrocketed as military installations became more active than they have in years and missile silos were activated. Violence and riots occurred for many hours with the death toll at close to 1,000 people within a few hours. Police were sent out to attempt to quell these riots but hardly made an impact as the UN headquarters itself was demonstrated against with the National Guard called out to ensure that no UN representatives were harmed. The embassies from all the nations that declared war, as the rioters chanted loudly, were demonstrated against with the President having to call the Emergency Powers act to send in the military to ensure that no harm comes to the ambassadors. The Turkish embassy is also demonstrated against as the cause of this whole mess and the military is called in there as well. Shootings of national guard and military units became common with over 1,500 soldiers shot. 429 were killed and around 1,100 wounded. Even after the world stood down and Turkey left Cyprus protests and riots still waged over the treatment of the US by the rest of the world. |

All the the European nations request is that their embassies, citizens touring, and anyone else are not harmed. If this is not done, it will be seen as an aggressive act toward the respective nation and the EU. |

So...if the US military can't stop 8 million rioters from storming your embassy, you'll view it as American aggression? |

It is not Europe's fault for making the blunt mistake you just had to make. It was our mistake welcoming you into the Union. Now we know better then to trust you. |

"Yes because the US did not just turn its military on its own citizens to prevent harm to European citizens and their embassies. Nor has 1500 military soldiers been killed or wounded defending European citizens and embassies. Unlike Europe, the US still remembers the ties we once held. We will ensure that nothing happens to your citizens or embassies even while you continue to refuse to acknowledge your threat of military action against the US." The rioters begin to quiet down as they realize that they are putting the US in even more of a bind. After a full week the streets are once again quiet. The total death toll is given as: Civilians- 2,184 Police- 890 National Guard- 791 Military- 502 The wounded is given as: Civilian- 10,938 Police- 2,102 National Guard- 1,023 Military- 984 No European citizens were harmed. The Embassies took some damage, mainly broken windows and dents from rocks or bottles. The US is paying for all repairs. |
