A new method for ensuring payback of loans has been initiated by several banks. This method would be to hand out a larger loan than needed. The extra money will then be invested in a money market account with 90% of the monthly profit from interest rates being used to pay off the debt. The remaining 10% will be added to the money market account as a buffer. Once the loan is paid off, then the money in the money market account is the loanee's.

This accomplishes three things. 1) ensures that all individuals are now capable of taking out loans. 2) ensures that the loan will be repaid without adding financial strain to the loanee. 3) gives an untouchable savings account that accrues monthly interest over a long period of time to the loanee to ensure future wealth.

Thus far, 12,938 individuals have been approved for these new style loans.

Over 2.5 million individuals now have these loans. Interest rates are lowering as loans are being paid off without fear.

The US has called in Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorganChase, WellsFargo, HSBC Bank USA, and USBancorp for a debt repayment loan. This loan will be done in the style of the loans above but it will be for $1 trillion. This will help pay off 1/12 of the US national debt and will give the US a chance to catch up. The loan will be for 20 years.

The loan is give and the US pays off $1 trillion out of the $12 trillion national debt.

America decides that due to the increase in global cost of grain, that corn based ethanol is not a viable alternative fuel source. Algae based ethanol is the new alternative fuel source that America is investing in. Funding has ceased for corn based ethanol and instead been put into algae based ethanol.

The 85 million tons of corn set aside for ethanol research is instead to be sold to nations in need. The corn will be sold for $500 per ton.

OOC: http://www.technologyreview.com/energy/18138/

America plans on turning 51 million acres of cropland not in rotation (keeping around 80 million of cropland not in rotation still unused) and turning them into algae farms. The farmland will be selected from current farmland that farmers are unable to use to produce traditional crops. This will help not interrupt any harvests currently underway and will not disrupt the main livelihood of the farmers.

This is expected to also help offset more costs for farmers as well due to raising extra money from unused cropland.

As such, within 3 years after the algae production begins, a review will take place about turning the other 80 million unused cropland into algae farms as well as reviewing the subsidies to farmers based on the growth of income gathered from the algae production.

20 million of the 51 million acres has been turned into man-made lakes. Water once used for the ethanol corn is now being used to fill up the lakes.

The remaining 31 million acres will soon be turned into man-made lakes as well.

The lakes will be left stagnant to allow for optimum algae growth.

Plastic lining will be laid down in all the current lakes. 21 of the other 31 lakes are called off.

The time for the finishing of the lakes is now 4 months instead of two.

The lakes are all now lined and begin to receive water. Two months completion time.

This has now been completed. Algae growth has begun.

Algae is now being collected.

The US has sold all farms to her oil industries.

ExxonMobil- 37%
ConocoPhillips-25%
Chevron- 28%
All others (US based companies only)- 10%

And that's what I'm talking about.. a shear majority of your northern interstate system goes through it, which would mean that construction would be slowed there, and then you would be killing the environment there as well.

So if you want to play that game, then over half of your Western and Northern interstate system doesn't exist, because it doesn't trespass the Amazon rainforest.
