And that's what I'm talking about.. a shear majority of your northern interstate system goes through it, which would mean that construction would be slowed there, and then you would be killing the environment there as well.

So if you want to play that game, then over half of your Western and Northern interstate system doesn't exist, because it doesn't trespass the Amazon rainforest.

OOC: you're overestimating the actual size of the rainforest

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:800px-tr...wet_forests.png

OOC: That is from the article about the rainforest itself, so how am I 'overestimating' it?

OOC: Lets see here, from what you posted;

Development Time: 35 months (2.9 years, rounded to 3)

Development Costs (By posted cost per year): $15 billion

That means that in order to break even and NOT go bankrupt, your company has to sell some... 4.8 million cars, which it will have a hard time doing considering the fact that they're already in such deep shit for that 15 billion they wasted developing the car..

EDIT- Made it the actual USD cost instead of the Brazilian Real cost...

The US will not allow Greenland to melt more than 10% of their ice due to the fact that it will threaten US coastal cities.

the money from the project came out of Brazil's pocket not the company pocket

Many US based environmental organizations are having conniption fits over Brazil's blatant disregard for the environment and the rainforest.

The US watches concerned but due to current hatred of the US, unable to do much.

OOC: However, even if it came from the country's pocket (Which I doubt it would IRL), you still have to eventually break even, which under these terms would be damn near impossible.

With no specs or stats provided the US is unwilling to allow the car to be sold in America. It must meet strict US guidelines before it can be sold in the US and none have been provided by Obvio.

there are American full-size car selling for $5,000
far less material is used in making a mini versus a full-size car

Turkey denies the company the right to sell the car based on the fact that there are no specifications given and the vehicle looks like it wouldn't survive a fender-bender.
