A limited liscense would mean you would basically put in an order to us, however we will allow you to fulfill your own order. So in other words, you order another 20 sets, you can only build 20 more sets. |

China has reevaluated its position on foreign affairs. The USA has forced us to look at our foreign policy as a whole. - Withdrawal of offer to help Bulgaria, as it was clearly pointed out to us by USA that they do not intend to abandon Bulgaria to any bears that may be lurking out there - Withdrawal of our application to become a full member of PTO - Recalling of subs back from Somalia - Planes and groundcrew training in Red Flag called home. |

To combat the government's ever growing need for funds, the Federated States of Micronesia has instantiated a graduated property tax for the nation. It will be very low for the poorer populations and still low for the middle. It will be the large homes owned by the business barons, wealthy foreigners, huge businesses, and military/industrial depots that will have the percentage that makes up most of the new tax. |
